The measurement markings are very easy to read and the edges are straight for drawing lines. Perfect! Also each ruler comes in a protective plastic sleeve.

Arrived today, and the edges were a little jagged. I used a fine nail buffer block to quickly smooth them out, but fine sandpaper would work as well. Great thickness and quality with etched markings and numbers, not just printed on the surface. Checked measurements against another ruler and measuring tape, and they seem accurate. The measurements actually start at the end so you can stand it up to measure thickness accurately. The lack of cork backing means that they can be fully cleaned for kitchen use. I hope the printing will hold up to repeated hand washing, but they are etched, as well. The 6â and 16â will be used in the kitchen to measure doughs, crusts, pastries, etc., and fits under my cabinets when stored upright with my utensils. The 12â will be in my desk for general purposes. The 8â will be with my craft accessories to measure swatches or sock lengths from the inside. Perfect set for all of my needs and a nice addition to my metal yardstick. Added bonus are the plastic storage sleeves they arrived in. One star off for having to sand edges, but for the price, not a big deal.

These are perfect for my sewing needs! They donât break and they donât discolor after using for a while! I can also use my rotary cutter for small projects with these rulers! I highly recommend them!

These are a great value
I needed a sturdy ruler that read in metric. This set was $2 more than a single ruler, so I took a chance. Each ruler is scaled in both metric and American feet and inches. There are 4 rulers of varying lengths–6″, 8″, 12″ and 18″. They are sturdy, printed on both sides (a big plus), ruled both metric and American, and have a hole on one end to enable one to hang each ruler on a hook. Each also comes in its own plastic sleeve, which is a little flimsy but certainly better than nothing. I think these are a great value and can be highly recommended!

Rulers that make sense!
Finally a ruler where the inches and centimeters start together at zero. Believe it or not, most rulers have them start at opposite ends. The sizes are great for all my projects and art work! These are perfect!
