Superbly functional and brilliant design! Sturdy, top quality, holds 2 bikes with ease!
I bought a nice car hitch for my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee on Amazon and this bike hitch/rack attaches with a breeze. The rack is very sturdy. I like the adjustable straps that hold the bikes to the frame of the rack. Build quality is definitely there, very sturdy. We haul two adult size e-bikes and they fit great. I recommend watching the video that another reviewer provided. You’re going to want to place one bike facing one way, and the other the opposite way. Also, if one bike is taller than the other, put the smaller bike on FIRST and then secure the frame holder onto it, then load the second bike and do the same. I like that the rack has locking features so no one can walk off with your bicycle. Storage capacity as indicated in the listing is for two bikes. Also, the lever that angles and lowers the rack with bikes attached to it so you can get into the hatch or trunk of your vehicle is an awesome design! Love this rack!

Nice Rack
This ebike rack came well packaged. The instructions were simple and clear and the rack was together within 15 minutes.Overall the rack is very well designed and is solid. In the past I’ve seen people with bike racks where the bikes and rack were swinging back and forth on the hitch. This rack has a feature that locks the rack in the hitch to prevent movement. In addition to what I’ve already mentioned the rack comes with locks built into the rack and an additional cable lock. Nice additional features.It’s not the cheapest bike rack on Amazon, but my ebike wasn’t inexpensive either. I’d rather pay a bit more and know my expensive ebike is safe.

This Vibrelli Electric Bike Hitch Rack (2 Ebike Rack) is comparable with other well recognized brands. In fact, I had one Thule brand bike rack, and was happy with it, except that I had to share its use with my brother, the joint owner. He lives 15 minutes away and the rack was not available always. Because of that, in many occasions that I needed it, I had to cancel plans for taking my bike(s) for a ride at the Cape Henry/First Landing forest trails. Being frustrated and disappointed, I decided to begin to look for and purchase another rack. Unfortunately, the prices for the exact same type, Thule rack was nearly $150 higher than what I paid four (4) years ago. I searched online for other rack types and brands, and found this Vibrelli Electric Bike Hitch Rack (2 Ebike Rack). I watched their video that shows how to put the rack together and mount it to the hitch. The rack seemed to be nice, light, and real easy to assemble. The price was in my budget. So I went ahead and placed the order. It arrived promptly, and in a couple of days later, I installed it. I was so happy and satisfied to see how strong and sturdy the rack is. The bikes are steady and secured. So the rack will remain attached to my Jeep hitch forever. I recommend it.

Best Value I Have Found
I did a good deal of research on bike carriers before I selected the Vibrelli Electric Bike Hitch Rack. In my opinion, it is the perfect combination of build quality, easy assembly, stability and price I have found. It really is a great, well-built rack. My only major complaint is that the hook assembly flange extends too far out on the bike side so that it can easily come in contact with the bike and scratch it badly. I have had to resort to sticking a piece of foam between the flange and the bike to prevent this (see photo). The other minor issue is that the wheel rim strap protectors can slide off easily and get lost. I have already lost one and customer service tells me replacements are not currently available. Otherwise this rack is a good investment and better than many more expansive models out there IMO.

Superb for the price
I waited until I had a chance to test it out a few times before writing this review.If you’re looking at hitch rack prices and feeling like it’s outrageous how costly Thule and the other brands are, then stop looking. This bike rack is fantastic for the price. It feels very solid, is relatively easily to use (I don’t have any comparison to judge by, but it’s straightforward enough for me), and it holds at least 120lbs worth of bike. My e-bike is a 700 series from Ride1Up, and my wife’s is a Level2 from Aventon. The rack holds them both easily.There are locks on the hitch tightener/wobble reducer, on the frame clamps, and on the cable lock. Same key for all. The wobbler reducer works extremely well and overall the bikes feel very well supported. It has a tilt mechanism to fold it closer to the tailgate/hatch when not in use, and you can drop it down to open the gate if you need to. It’s easy to pinch yourself on the tilt mechanism lock so be careful, but it’s worth the risk because it’s spring loaded and very secure.I’m very, very happy with such a high quality product in this day and age, and at an amazing price.

J’ai choisi ce support àvélo après des heures de recherches et de lecture sur presque tous les autres supports disponibles sur le marché et ce même si j’ai dû payer des frais de douanes de au-delàde 100$ cdn. Il revient àplus de 600$ mais j’ai jugé qu’après mes évaluations comparatives, l’achat en valait la peine. Le support est arrivé bien emballé et en bon état. L’ensemble est lourd et montre une bonne solidité. Très facile àmonter avec des directives claires. Seulement deux barres àinstaller + les étriers, le poteau central avec les deux crochets de bloquage, et le tour est joué. Les étriers sont difficiles àfaire glisser en place mais pour moi c’est un signe de qualité. Une fois positionnés pour le type de vélo que vous voulez transporter, ils sont très stables. Je possède deux vélos électriques et le support les retiens en position très stable. Lorsque vient le temps de glisser l’ensemble dans l’attache remorque, ça se complique un peu car le support est très pesant et aligner le trou du support avec celui de l’attache peut devenir un peu fatiguant. Cependant une fois en place, le verroude sécurité s’enclenche facilement? Ne reste qu’àresserrer le mécanisme anti-rouli en tournant la poignée vers la droite jusqu’àce que le tout soit bien stable. IMPORTANT ànoter pour vous éviter bien des problèmes plus tard tel que le blocage du support àl’intérieur de l’attelage de remorquage: assurez-vous, lorsque vous préparez àinsérer le support dans l’attelage, que l’embout en métal gris soit àégalité avec l’embout du support car vous pourriez avoir des problèmes pour le retirer plus tard. Il suffit de jouer avec la poignée tournante pour assurer un alignement parfait. Mais les directives sont claires àce sujet. Le mécanisme qui permet de pencher les vélos pour ouvrir le coffre du véhicule est très facile d’utilisation. Il suffit de peser sur la pédale et de soutenir les vélos et de les pencher. De plus, une fois les vélos détachés de l’attelage, il suffit de pser sur la même pédale et de soulever le support pour qu’il se replie presque contre le véhicule porteur. Je n’ai pas encore fait d’essai routier car il y a encore de la neige au sol, mais je compte bien sortir sous peu. Je demeure très confiant que le tout va bien se passer. En terminant les étriers sont de très bonne qualité et les courroies de rétention sont très résistantes

Es un excelente producto, hecho con materiales fuertes y de calidad. El rack y las bicicletas pueden montarse sin dificutad en aproximadamente 15 minutos pues las instrucciones son claras e inclusive hay un video en internet.La perilla “anti Traqueteo” funciona muy bien, aunque vino un poco dañada la perilla de plástico, la pegué y era solo algo estético.Puede cerrarse con llave tanto la perilla giratoria que fija el rack al tirón, como cada uno de los soportes verticales de las dos bicicletas, todo con la misma llave (vienen 2)La puerta trasera de mi auto abre horizontalmente, por lo que no puedo abrirla mucho con las bicicletas montadas. Anque eso era de esperarse.Las dos bicicletas van muy seguras y disfruté mucho mi primer excursión con mi hijo.Veamos al paso del tiempo como resiste…

Bike rack (for 2 e-bikes) arrived within a few days of ordering and appears to be a sturdy and good quality unit (based on only one use so far). Seems to be good value too at less than $320. Holds bikes firmly with very little shake or wobble when driving. Simple to assemble. When mounted on the hitch, tilts down and up very easily. No problems or issues with it yet. Does everything I need it to perfectly. Would strongly recommend at this point. Good little instructional video by Vibrelli to go with it, which was one of the factors that sold me on the product.
