This vibration plate is absolutely solid! It is on the heavy side, vibrations are awesome, and the size of this is perfectly wide enough. this machine is very stable , calms away the pain, and has tightened up my thighs. Super comfortable. You can change the vibrations to different levels. Walking, jogging, running. It comes with a remote, takes triple A batteries.

This vibration plate exercise machine is so worth the cost. This machine is very solid it’s heavy duty very easy to use the remote has the different settings speed and mode it fits perfectly under my bed so easy to store . The use of this vibration plate machine is very easy it helps with my circulation in on my feet all day it helps my back I get up in the morning and before I get dressed I use this to get my body prepared for the day if I can’t make the gym.

(That’s how I would sound talking about this vibration plate while using it)I’ve been wanting a vibration plate for a while because I read that they can help you drain mucus and help drain your lymphatic system. As someone with pretty severe allergies and respiratory issues I get sinus infections and congestion quite often and I’m SICK of it. I’m at the point where I’m trying any random remedy available (so here I am). I was very surprised at how durable this plate was for how light and small it is. The noise level is relatively low considering that it’s vibrating an entire person on it. I would say that this is an excellent value for your money. It has a bunch of different speeds and functions and is honestly really fun to stand on. I might be crazy but I really think it is helping my sinuses clear out and I feel really good when I get off of it.

Surprisingly Effective and Super Easy to Use
I’ve been using this vibration plate for a couple weeks and I’m honestly obsessed! It’s super sturdy, easy to use, and I love that it has 200 speeds so you can adjust exactly how intense you want it. I mainly got it for lymphatic drainage and to help with circulation, but it also feels like a mini workout. Perfect for using while watching TV or scrolling on my phone. Totally worth it!

Definitely can say this has been a great addition. The whole family uses it. Comes with remote to control speed settings and has 3 programmed settings to make it easier. It definitely relaxes you and gets blood circulating. Its small design allows for easy storage.

BBLD Vibration plate
This vibration plate is more sturdy and much better quality than expected. I like that it has different modes and it is very easy to use. This will get me motivated to do different exercises using this vibration plate. I’m excited to start seeing results and helping with my joint pain.
