It works, but it can be a pain to load.
Review for Tube Squeezer ToolI recently purchased the Tube Squeezer Tool for RTV silicone and metal tubes, and after using it for several projects, I have mixed feelings about its design. On the bright side, once the tool is loaded with the tube, it performs exceptionally well. The squeezing mechanism is efficient and effectively extracts every last bit of material from the tube, which is exactly what you want from a squeezer. I found it to be particularly useful for ensuring that I make the most out of my supplies, especially when working with adhesives and sealants. However, the loading process leaves much to be desired. I found it to be somewhat fumbly and awkward, which can be frustrating, especially when you’re trying to get to work quickly. The design feels a bit cumbersome, and there were instances where it seemed to fall apart while I was attempting to load the tube. This could definitely use some improvement to make the initial setup smoother and more intuitive for users. In summary, the Tube Squeezer Tool is a solid product that accomplishes its primary function very well. However, the loading mechanism needs a redesign to enhance user experience and efficiency. If this issue is addressed, I believe it could be a fantastic tool that earns a full five-star rating. For now, I’m satisfied with its performance and will continue to use it, albeit with a little patience during the loading process.

Great tool for squeezing out “the last of the toothpaste!”
That subject line was a joke, but this tool would certainly work on your nearly empty tube of toothpaste! I can’t count the number of times when there was just enough caulking or adhesive left in a tube but there was just no way to get it out without Superman strong hands or various pairs of pliers or jury rigs that inevitably lead to a massive, sticky mess. I’m surprised someone hasn’t come up with this handy device long before. Perhaps they have but I just never ran across one. So glad I did at this time because I’m readying myself to do a big ceramic tile backsplash in our kitchen and afterwards there’s going to be a lot of caulking involved, and although most of it will be administered via as standard caulking gun there will be some-to-hard-reach areas in which I’ll probably use those small toothpast-sized tubes of caulking and with this compression tool, I ain’t wastin’ a drop!

HEAVY DUTY TUBE SQUEEZER
Heavy duty build, works well with my caulk tubes for window and door molding. Been using the plastic toothpaste squeezers, which work only okay. This tool is heavier and best used with two hands, one to squeeze and one to guide the tip along the seam. Advantage is that I can squeeze a smaller bead with minimal force. First time it popped apart and startled me, but it easily fits back together with no loss of function.Good addition to the toolbox for fine finish caulking where a typical caulk gun is not workable. Now if I can just get those instagram vids of when to use light and dark caulk out of my mind…

Worked but not great.
It popped apart while I was initially playing with it and it ended up being like one of those metal puzzles you had to figure out as a kid to get it back together and functioning properly. Once I did, it worked as advertised… sort of. It was a bit cumbersome to maneuver. It did get all the caulking out but I will have to pass on this one. Easier to squeeze the tube the old fashioned way for now.

I never knew I needed this, but it’s actually useful
This is one of those unique items that you stumble across and you realize that it can be useful.I’m a stickler for getting every last drop out of the toothpaste tube, or from the cortisone tube.See photo – – it works. I was able to squeeze the tube of cortisone cream nearly perfectly flat.Of course, it works with glues and caulk, too.I do think there’s room for improvement though. For thinner tubes, there’s not much leverage because the tube is too thin. I really think they could have improved that. But it works pretty good all things considered, so I will give this 4-stars. Buy it here and that way you, too, will be able to get the satisfaction from knowing you squeezed every last drop out of your tubes! That’s how you get your money’s worth!

Works well.
This tube squeezer works well on toothpaste style calking tubes. I was confused at first about just how to use it, but the instructions showed me that I had the pivoting plate in the wrong position. You need that plate positioned so the flat side is against the caulk tube. I like getting this size tube for smaller jobs and using this tool will be less wear on my hands compared to squeezing the tube by hand.
