Teslong Inspection Camera Review
As a tool enthusiast and collector, Iâve used a range of inspection cameras over the years, and this Teslong model is definitely a solid upgrade from their earlier versions. The larger LCD screen makes a noticeable difference in clarity and ease of use. Itâs been living in my Veto bag, securely stored and ready for action.That said, the biggest drawback is the camera cable itself. The stock 16.5ft option feels excessive for many jobs, and itâs frustrating that a shorter, more practical length isnât available without an additional purchase. That separate camera head made this device a more expensive investment than expectedâgreat for Teslongâs bottom line, not so great for the consumer.I also experienced a minor issue: the green flashlight button on the LCD unit vanished while in my bag. Thankfully, customer support did respond and sent a replacement button, even though it was about six months after purchase. Not a perfect warranty experience, but I appreciated getting help when I needed it.Overall, the device performs well and fills a niche that doesnât have many strong competitors. If Teslong offered more customizable optionsâespecially a shorter camera cableâit would easily earn a 5-star rating from me. As it stands, itâs a great product with room for improvement.

Does the job well!
I purchased a $40 endoscope a while back and the wiring within didnât last very long after a few bends. I finally bit the bullet and spent a little more on this one, which has far exceeded my expectations. The picture is extremely clear and articulation top notch. I use the side views every once in a while when in a jam, but not all too often. Overall, very happy with this purchase. I also like the case that is included.

Would not power on.
I charged the unit per manufacturer instructions, attempted to power it onand nothing. I performed a reset, again per manufacturer instructions, nothing but a blank screen. After the fourth time trying to contact support I returned it and ordered another one. As of now it gets 1 star. When I receive the new unit I will edit my review to reflect my findings on the second unit, hopefully it’ll be 5 stars.
