   It’s exactly what it says, simple beginner friendly tools you can definitely upgrade to better tools but if you want multiple tools at once to start off this is an excellent option

   Great Beginner Kit
   As the title says, this is great for beginning plastic model builders who want to improve their build quality, but aren’t sure if they want to invest heavily. That being said, the knife – being a utility knife and not a hobby knife – may not be as suited for people who have been building for a while. The tweezers are great for applying stickers and decals with a very narrow tip. The file decent enough, but again, not suited for more advanced users.Overall, good for the money if new to the hobby or need a backup for building kits on the go or away from home.

   Great budget set for beginners
   I bought this set as I wanted to start building more Gunpla and needed a set of nippers, and this kit was recommended. The nippers and the tweezers are the real stars of this show, the rest is honestly, just padding and might as well be tossed. For what this cost the nippers are solid. They can get uncomfortable to hold and work with over long periods, but overall for the price are really solid.Overall this is a great budget kit for those looking to save a few bucks or for beginners. You will want to invest in a decent file if you don’t have one and some sanding sponges, as the file with this kit might as well be thrown right in the trash. But for the rpice you can’t beat what this offers.

   Excellent set if you’re just starting out
   I bought this kit as one of my first kits for building gunpla. I looked around at the big names like god’s hand and ultimately chose these as I’m just getting back into the hobby and it was a decent price plus it’s Tamiya. The nippers are nice, a little small but I also have big hands. The knife is a little lackluster but definitely works. The other tools are good quality as well. I saw a review saying the nippers looked dirty and/or used. The “dirt” you might encounter is just metal shavings from the nippers manufacturing process. Nothing you can’t take care of with a paper towel or rag. If you’re just starting out or need a good travel kit I would highly recommend this one. Also the nipper cut through the runners like butter.

   Perfect for newbies!
   Basically, if you are new to model building and/or plastic model kits, you should get this. I used it to build my first two Megami Devices, Asra Ninja & Archer, and they turned out awesome (check the pics!). I was surprised by how small the kit is, too; it’s like the size of a fat cell phone. I don’t know the technical terms, but the side cutters are perfect for cutting pieces off the sprues without leaving plastic nubs behind, and even if I didn’t make a flush cut the file worked great for smoothing them. I used everything at least once except the flathead screwdriver, which I’m sure will come in handy around the house at some point. For the price and how ridiculously fast it shipped, I couldn’t be happier with this little set.
