Great value and less math than using a tape measure.
I found it useful for measuring stair treads that were not square. Cut a length of plywood or lumber that matches your stairs and go to work. Instead of measuring multiple times and making a bunch of notes, I could just adjust the jig to fit the tread was working on and then transfer that same geometry to the new tread. For me, the knobs worked fine since I only do stairs occasionally. For someone doing stairs every day, they probably will use a professional model. The measurement markings stamped into the edges of the tool are nice.

Just used this to install Oak stair well into existing home stairwell. This tool is an absolute must for installation of stairs and risers to get them tight against the wall. The knobs are easy to operate, and stay tight when transferring from the stairwell to the tread or riser. The included tape measure is surprisingly handy, even though it’s not the highest quality. The blades are great though which is what I bought it for!

Exactly as described and decent quality. They do provide different screws so it’s easy for non-standard or custom drawers (like I have). Should work for almost all sizes.Minus 1 Star: My only problem is the design.. not an issue in quality but given its round with 1 screw.. it spins easy after couple uses. Not ideal.. would prefer 2 screw or some mechanism that keeps it from rotating. Not bad for low use cabinets though given the price point.

Game changer!
I bought this kit after watching a pro use a much more expensive one in a video for building a wood staircase. It made the entire process so much easier and definitely more accurate for marking cuts. I got a very close and precise fit on each step and riser so no need for extra trim to hide any gaps. There are no gaps thanks to this kit. And at this price?? what a deal!

The extras in the box are rather cheap and unnecessary. If you are taking on DIYing your own stairs or some shelves, you likely have (much) better tools than the measuring tape and other items. That said, the main tool being the stair tread measuring tool was a lifesaver on my staircase. It made measuring the treads simple and deadly accurate. Its a little finnicky to use but gets the job and at a fraction of the price of other stair tread measuring tools which might be worth springing for if you are a professional flooring installer. For a home diy job this is perfect.

For the price this is an excellent product! I was a bit skeptic about how it was going to work but after assembling it with the piece of wood it requires you to add, what a great template! Easy to assemble, adjust, when you tighten the knobs down on your steps, move it to your new step to mark it out, there is absolutely no movement in the template. Move it to the next step to make adjustments and repeat for an easy, accurate tool.
