   Nice quality kickstand that’s sturdy, light-weight, and works as advertised
   I ordered this kickstand in the hopes that it would fit my Kona Libre bike. I was concerned because the brake cables are routed externally and the disk brake calipers are quite chunky near the rear of the bike where this stand would mount. I was pleasantly surprised at the high quality construction of the kickstand. It’s made from sturdy aluminum but hollow to save on weight (this is a huge plus for this product!). I had to adjust it to the shortest setting despite having 700c tires with a large 45c diameter. This kickstand fit perfectly and holds the bike very stable. It was also very simple to install with the extra step I outline below.For those people having trouble with the mount rotating after installation, the trick is to cut a small piece of bike tire inner tube the size of the mounting brackets and place it around the chain stay of the bike. Now install the hard plastic pieces that came with the kickstand around the inner tube, followed by the metal mounting bracket. Make sure the frame and inner tube segment are clean. The tube will act as a cushion as well as give extra friction to prevent rotation.Overall, Amazon finally has a 5 star product for a decent price to boot. Now to see how durable it is on my gavel bike.

   A Very Good Bike Stand
   This is a very nice stand, especially for the money. I have one on my Specialized Turbo Levo Carbon and after trying a couple of other stands, it was the only one that properly worked and was the correct size. I read not to install a stand on a Carbon frame as it can possibly crush the frame member if you screw it on too tight. You just have to be careful not to over tighten and just snug the clamp and you should be fine. I’ve never had any problems. This stand doesn’t rattle about either–I rarely notice that it is there. But I will tell you people, it sure beats lying the bike on the ground or up against something where it can easily fall. For all you die-hard, fanatical mountain bikers who are always trying save an ounce or two, having a reliable bike stand is too convenient not to have.

   Its great, but use the correct insert and throw the included hardware in the garbage.
   Has a nice big footprint (great for my 80 pound ebike), functionally it works great. Assembly was a bit rough, the provided screws are allen and I had heads break off of two out of three of them. Take one with you to your local hardware store and find something (anything) that’s close, it will be 1000x better than these. I ended up getting longer hex head screws and washers. Be sure too to use the correct inserts based on the shape of your frame, I found if you don’t the kickstand will rotate. Once it set, its great, easy to engage and disengage, doesn’t sink into soft soil even with a heavy ebike and doesn’t interfere with pedals (if placed properly).

   Sturdy construction and well made. The only drawback is that it will hold the bike up if either of the tires is flat.

   Good product.
   Seems to be very sturdy & very good quality. Unfortunately, it was about an inch too long for my husband’s 26” bicycle, otherwise we would’ve kept it. With the kick stand on its lowest setting, the bike still stood straight up. It did work however we are concerned that the bike would tip over on an uneven surface.

   Not a good product.
   Why did you pick this product vs others?:it was heavy duty.it’s heavy duty but now 3 months later, I’m not so sure. The kickstand itself, not including the mounting bracket, is in two parts. I don’t know why they did this. The top and the bottom part are held together with a tiny little ball spring loaded. A few days ago the ball failed and the lower part of the kickstand will not stay attached. Now I’ve got a piece of tape holding the two pieces together. they cut the kickstand in half so they could get rid of the non-adjusting bottom and use a n adjustable bottom then put a spring loaded ball which is only about 1/16 in diameter to hold the two pieces together. Do not buy this product. It will fail. Now I have to buy another kickstand. 3 months later.

    Béquille d’excellente qualité, très robuste. Le bout de la béquille est plus large que les béquilles régulières. Plus dispendieux à l’achat mais sera sûrement bcp plus durable sur long terme.
