   Finally!!!
   This tape measure tops all the others I’ve encountered. The designer clearly reflected on the practical usage of a tape measure and integrated top-notch features. Conventional tape measures demand tedious calculations that include the body of the device, but this alligator tape completely eliminates such mathematical hassles. I’ve verified its precision using a laser, and the results are virtually identical. If there were any room for improvement, it would be the introduction of a compact version. That would be a delightful addition to purchase alongside this model.

   Everyone needs one of these
   This really makes measuring inside an enclosed space so easy. All tape measures should work like this. It’s a little large, for obvious reasons, but it’s worth it.

   Almost perfect for purpose
   It really is everything that it says but it’s missing at least 3 things that are so important and common nowadays that I don’t understand why they’re not included, an attached clip for belts/pockets,etc, the underside of the tape should read the same as the top side, and lastly a magnetic end or attachment.The visibility, comfort, precision, ease of use, etc are all there but it would be such a better product for a $25 tape. If you’re spending more than 10-15$ on a tape there’s a reason and even if it cost another dollar or 2 it would be worth it.

   Great measuring tape, but dust and dirt behind the viewing window is distracting
   The tape stays extended for quiet a distance, making it easy to take measurements. I also like the highlighted measurement window. Super easy to read. But, there was some dirt and dust behind that window, even as delivered new, which was a bit distracting. It would be great if they could improve the sealing to keep that out. Or maybe make a way to pop the plastic window out to clean it.

    A little lightweight for every day tradesman the button is not smooth. On a personal level I also prefer mm to cm and inches. I just found it was not quite what I had hoped.
