   Works well, but I wouldn’t call it “commercial” quality
   My area in south Florida got almost 100 inches of rain in 2023, which means this product will be very useful around here. My pool deck is a little slippery when wet, so I’ve always been nervous that someone would slip and fall after a rain. This floor squeegee does a pretty good job clearing all the water, making it dry quickly.I say ‘pretty good’ because as far as pool decks go, they’re usually textured like ‘knockdown’ or stucco patterns, so they’re not completely flat and impossible to clear completely. It’s no fault of this squeegee. Now, the kind of concrete finish on garage floors is perfect, and this dried my garage floor almost completely in one swipe.The tool itself arrives in three pieces; two handle pieces, and the squeegee head. Putting it together is not difficult. I just used a fairly large flat bladed screwdriver and stuck it in the crack of the receiving part of the squeegee. That spread the crack a little, enlarging the receiving hole just enough to slip the handle pole in with ease. When the hole was lined up, I put in the cross bolt and removed the screwdriver. Done.To me, to be called “commercial quality”, the squeegee should be supported by angled pieces going from the pole to the squeegee sides. This squeegee is 28 inches wide, so if you hit anything with the end, you’re probably going to bend or break that T connection. I may add something myself at a later date, but for now, it’s been working fine with no sign of bending.The rubber strip is really the star of the show. It’s cut squarely on the edges, making it perfect for completely wiping away the water on finished concrete or smooth tile. I imagine when that edge starts wearing down it won’t be quite as efficient, but so far, I’m thrilled with the results.Hope this helps.

   Junk! Not as advertised!
   Definitely not heavy duty/commercial/restaurant quality and I’m not sure who came up with the measurements because they’re not even close. I ordered this because the handle was going to be 6″ longer than my old one and ended up with 1″ shorter. Not happy! Will be returning this garbage. It’s so hard to find quality anymore.

   Not good. Quality or design.
   3 star because it works, technically.. for a while… it is very flimsy, i expected the handle to break first honestly but the metal bar the squeegee is mounted to bent easily within a couple weeks of careful operation. My other complaint is thst the handle length is a bit short which is annoying but as advertised but the angle of attack, meaning where the end of the handle has to be to push water off a surface is way too low. Maybe suitable for a child’s height. I had to bend way over.
