BEST Setup Blocks on Amazon
Total quality at a great price. If you are looking to buy a set of setup blocks for your woodworking needs, and I highly recommend you do, you have two main choices on Amazon; these red setup blocks by EANOSIC or the blue iGaging setup blocks. I strongly recommend the EANOSIC blocks over the iGaging blocks for the following reasons:I first ordered the iGaging setup blocks for $70 dollars and, although very accurate, the finish was blotchy and several blocks appeared stained or blemished. The color varied greatly from block to block, with some being a deep blue while others were much lighter. Additionally, the set I received had two 3/32″ blocks and no 1/4″ block; which led me to believe there was no quality control going on at the factory prior to shipping. I used them for a while but ended up giving them away.Next, I ordered a set of the red blocks from EANOSIC for $60 ($10 dollars less then iGaging), and to say I’m pleased with them is an understatement. Both come with a good case that holds the bars in place; however, the EANOSIC case has a larger, more secure latch, making it much easier to open and close. The finish on the EANOSIC blocks is a beautiful uniform bright red color with deep clear white lettering, and they are much easier to read then the blue iGaging blocks. I checked the tolerances with my caliper and they are very accurate for woodworking needs (as were the iGaging blocks). The main feature I absolutely love are the up-and-down arrows on every block (except the two smallest – not enough room), which allows you to instantly know what side to lay down on the table or tool, thus eliminating any chance of an incorrect setup. This feature alone made choosing the EANOSIC setup blocks over the iGaging blocks a no-brainer for me.Setup blocks are a game changer for any new or seasoned woodworker, and are the easiest way to ensure perfect accuracy when setting up your table saw blade or router bit height, or even measuring dado or rabbet depths. You may think you will only use them occasionally, but now that I own a set I find myself reaching for them all the time, and I keep coming up with new ways to use them. GREAT product, thanks EANOSIC.

Please set up blocks are very good and extremely economical. I have used them way more than I ever expected. Great for setting up tablesaw and router spacing.

Very nice. Quality is perfect. I am not one to use an electronic caliper to see if they are 100% accurate, so I am very happy with this set. If you are the electronic caliper type, save your money, mortgage your house and buy Woodpeckers. Otherwise I am sure these are accurate enough for most people. Well worth buying. Nice case too. It isn’t cheap.

this kit does a great job in setup. I have found metric to be more accurate and easier to work with than imperial, Great set.

Best value all around. They comply with the stated precision. Not “strong enough” storage box.
As far as I could measure, the stated 0.001″ tolerance is correct (or the ~.03mm). This is on the same vein as the precision of my digital caliper (0.001″) so it enters the realm of “manageable error” or “I can no longer measure”. They are well made and have a nice weight on them. The color is a nice shiny red that can caught your attention easily, it is easy to see with dim lights, etc. Will report back if the painting fades or scratches easily. So far, the painting is holding up. My only complaint is the packaging. One of storage boxes came cracked in the corner with the hinges straight up broken. That is probably the result of being shipped separately. I ordered the metric ones and they came in a big box with a bunch of other things and came intact. The imperial ones came in a separate shipment and came damaged.

I presume these are accurate. I find them very good and used them almost every day to adjust my table saw with different blades to make various cuts. These were a great purchase, and I find them indispensable at this point. And, they are a very complete set with virtually all sizes one would use. I have only had to stack two once for an unusually sized cut.

I always thought that a set of setup blocks would be a good thing to have but pretty expensive for hobby woodworking. But, I knew a set would help eliminate mistakes in a current project that has a higher degree of difficulty. Price was right, item was delivered quickly, quality is great. I wish I would have purchased years ago. I think this was a great investment especially at the price of wood today. If this set helps assure accurate setup, it won’t take too many projects for this item to pay for itself.

Accurate, easy to use
Never used setup blocks before in my decades of woodworking. Thought Iâd give it a try as Iâm getting more serious and taking on more challenges. Itâs made setting up for my three routers and table saw easier and quicker. Itâs gone from a bottom drawer to the top drawer with my other layout tools. I really appreciate the storage box for its functionality and slim design. I can find the correct block quickly and makes setting up accurate and quick. There are much more expensive setup blocks than these but for my money why pay more? I suppose some people need metric and others imperial but 3/8 of an inch is 3/8 of an inch as 50mm is 50mm, so why pay more?

If you are wondering about this set, the quality and accuracy is excellent! Well worth the cost. Case and insert is very sturdy. These make measurements setup so easy for my woodworking projects. I am considering getting the imperial set as a lot US of patterns are imperial⦠ð¤

I never give an almost perfect rating, but these are worth so far.I was debating between these Eanosic and 3 other brands, the Easonic price compared to the others seemed more than fair to me. And the amount of positive reviews on the Easonic made me pull the plug on these and I couldn’t be happier!Great quality at a great price. I recently started getting better tools after going the cheap route and having inconsistent results. So it was time I got proper setup tools. If you’re looking to buy a set of setup blocks for your woodworking projects, to setup your router, table saw and step up game, I highly recommend you grab these over the others. As I mentioned above, I was looking at 4 brands on Amazon; the Eanosic, Igaging, Kreg and a “no name” model that looks very similar to the EANOSIC but priced lower.They come in a great hardshell case for proper protection and storage, I just wish it was shipped in a box with some protection and not only a thin Amazon bubble envelope… that’s my only negative on this, the shipping material. Easonic/Amazon please use something that offers a little more protection on these type of products, I had 2 blocs out of their foam positions.I used my Wen digital caliper to check if they are accurate or not, and they are spot on til’ the break a dawn! No complaints here, see the attached pics. For my needs and level of accuracy for the projects I will be doing, these are a great bang for the buck! If you need machiniste accuracy, you might want to look for something else tha will also have the price tag that goes with it… You can’t get a Porsche at the price of a Honda Civic!Buy these with confidence, I wish I would have ordered these before xmas when I was looking into them.
