Lighter than competitive products and seems to be pretty good.
A foldylock that doesnt weigh a ton. It may not be as secure as the heavier and significantly more expensive locks. But for what im using it for it will do.

I like it!
perfect size! perfectly fulfills its function! the lock works very clearly! now you can safely go to the store and most importantly not spend a lot of time on fastening! easy to use!And very light!Durability, I hope it will be very durable! If it is not confirmed, I will change the review! But for now everything is great!

ok lock, fit issues w mounting bracket
Bot this to secure son’s new Trek bike. The lock seems very heavy duty and at 2+ pounds, it’s def HEAVY. l liked the “combo” feature vs a key (easy to lose), and setting the combo was super easy. How strong / theft resistant it is remains to be seen. What I DID NOT LIKE, however, was that the plastic mounting bracket seems a bit flimsy given the weight, and comes with pre drilled elongated holes to accommodate ( I assume) the screws on the top tube or main tube on the bike for attaching accessories such as this lock, or a water bottle, etc. It also comes with rubberized velcro straps which are used to further secure the bracket to the frame. Having said that, the mounting holes are too close together and did not line up with the screws on the Trek’s frame, Now I’m not a bike expert but I thought this sorts sh8 was pretty standard from bike to bike? First use I just used the straps given they seemed pretty sturdy. Unfortunately, my son said they loosened up really quickly and the lock and bracket fell off in short order. While that might have been a deal killer, I do like the lock, and solved the problem by using 4 heavy duty zip-ties. Now the lock is secured to the frame and seem very secure

Keeps my Bike in my possession
What more could I want out of this item? Folds away and is ready to use next time I need it.*6 months later*Lock is still in good shape after 6 months of regular use. The lock itself is still in working order, and I haven’t had any issues with the key sticking or jamming, like some bike locks I’veowned, or reallyany issues that come to mind. I assume, since I still have my bike, that it has been theft resistant, although I can’t say that I have physically seen it resist a theft. It does seem to be a good deterrent though. I mounted mine on my bottom rail and I never notice it when I am riding, mostly, I think, because it is the same width as the rail. Lastly the length has not been an issue for me, although I see they have a longer one available now for $20 more so you can be the judge of what size you may require. Overall, if you’re in need of a bike lock, I would say this is a pretty solid choice.

Does not deter theft
My bike was stolen with this lock locking it. Thief left the lock behind, completely intact, functioning, with the wrong pass code put in. Clearly there is some easy, fatal exploit that made my (crappy) bike a target as opposed to other bikes with other locks.

Great quality for the price!
Great for the price! I purchased the bike lock with key. It weighs less than the combination design and seems to be less vulnerable. Easy to mount to your bicycle but if you donât like the extra strap hanging off you may want to trim it to your liking. Itâs also compact so it can fit in your pack without taking up space.Iâm not sure how this lock will handle higher bike theft areas. But for my use, I think it will get the job done.

Avoid Reviews Claiming the Product Opens by Pulling
I’ve seen some reviews claiming that this lock can be easily opened by hand, but that’s simply not true. Those reviewers likely didn’t take the time to set their own unique code. Once you’ve personalized the code, the lock becomes virtually unbreakable. I tried prying it open with a pry bar, and it was completely resistant. Don’t let those misleading reviews fool you. This is a high-quality, durable lock that’s well worth the investment.
