Itâs awesome! Well built, all the pieces were there. Easy to put together. Another person who bought this recommended using Permatex Threadlocker Red on the nuts, bolts to secure them so they wouldnât come loose. I bought that on Amazon and it worked! Itâs simply beautiful. I have a smaller wood-burning stove so the utensils would work beautifully. However, I just love the looks of the knight and Iâm Iâm using it for decoration. I also bought the dragon that you set on top of the wood-burning stove for a humidifier. I love it well worth it.

Damaged Upon Delivery
Update 11-22-23The replacement item arrived with no damage and all the pieces were included this time. I’m happy with the item and the knight looks awesome next to my fireplace insert.The knight’s halberd is a very effective poker. The brush and ash shovel (viewable behind knight’s shoulders) are tiny and more for decoration. I have an ash bucket with a deep shovel that I’ll use instead of the shovel that came with knight. Overall I’m happy with the item and recommend.Original Review:I ignored all of the recent reviews detailing damage to the item and/or missing parts and ordered anyway. Unfortunately, I experienced both issues as well.I think the problem is poor packaging from the manufacturer. The item was actually protruding through the damaged box in two places and I could easily observe extensive cosmetic damage to the item before I even opened the box.Upon opening the box i could see the cosmetic damage was to the knight’s boots and helmet. Also, one of the bolts listed in the instructions was missing. The bolt likely fell out of one of the two gaping holes in the box.This is a shame because the knight looks super cool and feels very solid. I’m sending this one back and ordering a replacement. I’ll update my review upon receipt of the replacement ð¤.

It’s really pretty cool. I have a gas fireplace and didn’t need this – but I thought it looked cool. I was not disappointed. I can’t say whether the tools are functional, although they look sturdy. If you have the extra cash, I recommend it.

Look very closely at the product photos – it may look like a solid statue, but it’s actually only the front half. It is unstable if you choose not to anchor it to a wall, which I was not planning to do. It is smaller than my 18 month old toddler. Overpriced for what it is.

Youâll need your own bolt and nut.
I had to order twice to get all the parts. The first one had a hole in the foot and the base had a piece cracked off. No wonderâ¦the pieces were in plastic bags, not packed well. Included a big red card âContact us if anything wrongâ but no email, phone, or address, or contact info on Amazon. The replacement Amazon sent was better condition. Only issue was the screw that holds the tool holder on the back is too short. I had to find a bolt and nut in the garage to screw it on from the FRONTâ¦which actually looked better than the original intended way because the phillips screw aligned with his armor. It actually looks great now after all the aggravation. Had to give it just 3 stars for all my trouble and poor design and packaging and no service.

It is a tool and a decor. So 2 in 1.Looks great in our house. I haven’t tested the tools yet, but by the look of it there shouldn’t be any issues.It is made from good quality materials. Assembly was easy,jyst be careful when you open the package. I almost lost one bolt…

I absolutely loved the look of this item online. I was so excited to receive it however I was left severely disappointed after spending over $150 on this item only to find box wasnât sealed properly and there were no screws at all in the box. It took me weeks to source what I needed to be able to put it together. And as per photos you can clearly see the incorrect pieces I had to use.
