Incredibly Useful and Well-Built Tool for Lifting and Positioning
I recently purchased the Labor Saving Arm Jack (2 Pack, 12-Inch, All-Metal) set for a home renovation project, and Iâm extremely impressed with both the quality and functionality. These tools are sturdy, precise, and surprisingly versatile. With a 440 lbs capacity, they handle heavy loads like doors, cabinets, and wall tiles with ease. The precision control is excellentâthe slow and fast descent settings give you full control when positioning or adjusting materials. I especially appreciated this feature when aligning wall tiles and leveling heavy cabinets. The all-metal construction feels solid and durable, and theyâve held up well even with frequent use.Another huge plus is that using two jacks together gives great stability and balance when lifting or adjusting wider or heavier items. They really help save your back and reduce the need for a second person on many tasks.Overall, this is a must-have tool for any serious DIYer, contractor, or handyman. Highly recommended for anyone working on installation projects where precision lifting and positioning are key!

A Great Product
I used this to lift a recliner chair so I could put new floor protectors on it. It worked great, with little strength needed to lift and with an easy slow return. The only problem I had was that the “reach” wasn’t enough to get under the rear of the chair, but that was my fault for getting the 12 inch product instead of the 15 inch one. Other than that, I have no complaints about how it worked and helped me do the job. It seems sturdy and well built, even if it was made in China and possibly by slave labor.

Very Impressive
I don’t have a farm or a machine shop, but I do have some furniture that needed to be raised 6″ to add some risers. I could have removed a bunch of weight from the cabinet and then improvised some way to do it, but these made things easy. But due to the small base of the jacks, they need a flat base/floor, and using them on carpet requires adding a board under them so they won’t tilt. I used some scraps of 5/8″ plywood which worked well. The process to raise one side using 2 jacks, install the risers, then repeat on the other side, worked well enough, though I do wish they had an inch more height. I was able to compensate for that by adding some extra plywood under them which got the height up enough to slide in a riser. The incremental lowering function worked pretty well, though it is not super smooth, it caused no issues or concern when dropping the cabinet. It would be handy though if they added some plastic cover to one of the levers to distinguish it from the other, as I had to use a flashlight to make sure I had the right lever and would not drop the whole cabinet in one push.So the function of these is good for the price, just pay attention to which lever does what, and it should be good. I did not test the weight handling of these, but I know that the cabinet I had to lift was probably over half the rated capacity of both the jacks working together. They did not bog down lifting my cabinet, but if I needed to lift something heavier, I’d probably upgrade to a jack that is rated for more weight than these. They could improve this by adding a bag to carry or store them in, and it would be nice to differentiate by feel which lever is which (both of which would then add some cost though). I found a bag on a Chinese marketplace, which fit well and cost all of $4, and I plan to use some nail polish to distinguish the levers from each other. In my view, for the money they are a good value, and could save a visit to the chiropractor.

Good tool(s) to have
I haven’t gone through the whole gambit of testing these yet, but so far they seem to be built well. If I needed these to handle more weight, then I’d probably need a car jack. They function really well. Very easy to use. I will gladly pay $43 for two any day. DeWalt wants $127 for one.

HANDY DANDY. Works great!
Works great! I recently purchased a 300+LBS wood stove and needed to level it. These handy dandy jacks made it a breeze. Allowing me to lift the stove and level it and then make the right thickness shims to lower the stove onto without breaking a sweat. I literally purchased these jacks just for that job. Now I can’t wait to use them for something else when it comes along.I wish I’d had these years ago. Thinking back on it, they could have made my life so much easier and probably made my jobs turn out even better.I also LOVE the measurement ruler on the side of them. Super handy.

Highly Recommend: solid build, all metal, and can lift a lot!
These lift a lot of weight, are all metal, have a high quality build, and have a fantastic feature that competing products donât have, which is a slow (âinch downâ) lever and fast (âall the way downâ) lever. When I selected these jacks, it was primarily because of the all-metal construction, but also because other reviewers mentioned how heavy these are — and these do feel very solid! As I mention in my video review, feedback I have for the manufacturer to improve the jacks:1) The lower handle hits the floor/surface when the jack is all the way down which is a safety issue (be careful not to damage the surface or have a body part that gets smashed if you use the fast down lever!!)2) The âtonguesâ on the bases are not true/straight so the jacks/lifts wobble a bit (maybe not an issue under load)3) The slow down lever sticks in the pressed down position about have if the time. More an annoyance than anything.Otherwise, I highly recommend these jacks. Background: Why all metal construction is important!!Several years ago I purchased a competing product and got a lot of use out of them as part of a house remodel. Those jacks/lifts couldnât lift as much weight as these and the main mechanism/housing was made of a heavy black plastic material (which I didnât know was metal when I bought them). Unfortunately, that plastic housing started to weaken over time and got to the point they couldnât lift anything above 25 lbs without the mechanism giving way under the load. I have no concerns about that happening with these jacks.
I REALLY care about the truth –
Tore both my shoulder rotator cuffs about 10 years ago from trying to move a jammed release lever on a 5th wheel hitch – we were camping way up north beyond cell service and no town within ~100 kms. Eventually had both repaired by surgery, then being a typical ‘guy’ I tore them again . . . this time totally non-repairable. Have tried almost everything to be able to unhook the 5th wheel hitch, as I have no arm strength at all.Just bought these jacks. Just be squeezing the hand levers on one of the jacks, I can move that 5th wheel release lever – No problem what-so-ever. Dang, this problem almost ended our RVing. What an answer!Got some traditional home projects planned. Solid ALL-METAL construction. For about $60 for the set – what a great product. You’ll find lots of uses. Don’t hesitate buying.

These lifting jacks are sturdy and provide good control, especially with the adjustable descent. They made tasks like positioning cabinets and doors much easier, and the build quality feels reliable. My only complaint is that the base plate is a bit short for some jobs. Still, theyâre a helpful addition to the toolbox and performed well overall.

Lifting heavy objects made easy with these lifters, highly effective and recommended. It seems like they are well made.
