Where Have You Been All of My Life!!????
I just received the Irwin Quick-Lift Construction Jacks…and immediately put one of them to use right now! All I can say is WOW!…I am over age 76, female and live alone. I have struggled to lay down large rugs with heavy furniture on top for years. It is back breaking and not safe to do alone. Anyway, I never knew that such equipment existed to assist in heavy lifting of furniture and appliances until I did a search over the weekend and discovered these amazing life jacks for the home. I took the time to compare different ones and highly recommend spending the money for the Irwin due to its solid construction. (I never thought that the same principle I used to change out flat tires is the same one used on home furnishings. Duh me!) Anyway, I am so happy…My back is also very, very happy…I just used only one of these and it worked like a charm. No effort. Great value for the money. Lift capacity is awesome – I had an imported leather sofa weighing over 300 pounds and it was lifted up so easily so that I could tuck the rug underneath. I definitely have many plans for these babies around the house! Thanks! Great product! Great Quality!

You will use these more than you expect, and will protect your back by doing so.
In the month since I bought them I’ve already used them many times around the shop to do things I can’t otherwise do by myself anymore. Why did I wait until I am 71 to get these? If I’d had these in my kit 50+ years ago I might have skipped the need for lumbar spinal surgeries. Seriously. Put at least four of these in your kit today. And, as always when using jacks, watch out for your toes.

Easy to use. Durability is great.

Used the set of two to raise an adjustable bed in order to assemble the frame. Then safely lower into place; with zero tolerance. Perfect for the job!

Good enough
Not junk and 1/2 the Norse appendage’s price

Flimsy, Unreliable, and Not Worth the Money
Sure, here’s a very negative version of that review, tailored for Amazon:⸻Not Worth It – Disappointed in the QualityI had high hopes for these IRWIN Quick-Lift Jacks, but they turned out to be a huge letdown. They feel flimsy and unreliable, especially when trying to lift anything with real weight. I used them for cabinet and door installation, and they actually made the job more frustrating—not easier. The lift isn’t smooth at all, and there’s noticeable slipping and instability under pressure. For something advertised as compact and powerful, they fall way short. Definitely not worth the money—look elsewhere if you want something dependable.
