So it looks like its has a good quality. But yeah I don’t know. The one I received is broken or something. The pins are stuck and I can’t remove it. I wanted to adjust it but still cant. 1 side moves easily and the other, won’t even budge. So yeah I have limited options here. And the pins you have to push to adjust don’t even go in.

It works. Stick with it, it works. From imaciated to some hard titties. Understand that will need to push more weight for bulk but this is great for tone. Started at 20, then 30 and then multiple sets. Favorite excercise is the behind the head back/shoulder flys. Very convenient, just pick it up while watching tv, or in between chores or dedicate it as a portion of a bigger workout.
