Practical for bikes and more
This bike rack is sturdy and well designed, making it very reliable for transporting electric bikes. The installation was straightforward, and it fits securely on the hitch without any wobbling. I like that it has enough space for two heavy bikes, and the structure feels very solid. Another great feature is that the platform can also be used to carry other types of cargo when needed, not just bikes, which makes it very practical. Overall, an excellent option for anyone looking for a strong and versatile carrier.

The manufacturer was super with helping me to get my bike to fit
This rack will not work for small fat tire bikes. It is also made for bikes to go in the same direction which doesn’t work either due to the handlebars hitting. I am not an engineer so be aware it will might work great for you.The company was very helpful and sent me more tire support rods and I had to drill a few holes but made it work. I like the bike hold down and the fact that it can double as a cargo rack. The company said it will look into changing it functionality.

Great Bike Rack or Cargo Rack
My family and I recently got into camping and purchased our first camper. Along with the camper, we also bought some bikes to use when weâre at the various campgrounds we go to. I saw this bike rack on Amazon and decided to give it a try.Assembly was painless took me about 30 minutes from start to finish and thatâs without the correct ratchet, which would speed things up even quicker. The quality of the metal and the coating on them looks excellent and I have no doubt that it should hold up. I donât plan to leave it out in the elements when not in use.Rigidity seems good. Weâve put a few cargo crates on it no bikes as of yet, and it did not flex one bit. I like that everything that has to do with the bike rack can be folded down to you donât have to use it for bikes only Iâve been planning to use it this hunting season to haul deer back-and-forth.This is a great quality at a good price, happy buyer here!

Not a good bike rack!
Donât strap your bikes to this thing. The supports rubbed paint and material (support bar, part of the bike frame) over a quarter inch deep divots. BOTH bikes. I am in a lot of trouble for the damages!!!After that, the center support broke and I had to go to a hardware store after almost losing the bikes. The exact size of the post is not of this country. But the smaller steel replacement did work better than the aluminum piece that broke. This item would make a great ice chest rack. Can I rate it lower?

Good Concept But Needs Help
Update: After traveling 1500 miles with our 2 bikes on this rack, we will definitely be looking for a different way to haul our bikes. The knobs that tighten to the center pole loosened to the point that one fell completely off. The rubber split on the one hook that still had rubber. Fortunately, we had numerous tie down straps and a bike cover that enclosed everything. The knob that fell off was caught inside the cover or it would have been lost. Using this bike rack takes way too much time to secure because it needs so much additional strapping to feel secure. Frustrating.Original review:We were very disappointed when we first tried to mount our heavy ebikes onto the rack. The spaces for the wheels don’t adjust width wise. The center pole for securing the bikes was wobbly. The rack itself wobbled side to side more than we were comfortable with. The tie down straps that came with the rack were poor quality. After a lot of trial and error, and time, we found ways to make it more secure. We velcroed each bike tire to the floor of the rack, put extra bolts in the center pole so it is snug and doesn’t move (it will not lay flat now unless we remove the bolts), added turn buckles between the hitch and rack for extra stability, and used different / stronger tie down straps. The rubber fell off one of the center hooks the first time we used it. We put a piece of foam on the crossbar and that solved the problem. We plan to transport our ebikes long distances so we need a secure and safe way to transport them. With all of our modifications we feel much better about it.

Absolute game-changer!
Just got back from a 500-mile trip with two e-bikes and camping gear-zero issues! Setup took maybe 20-30 minutes, easier than expected. The steel frame feels robust; the bike pole is made of a aluminum which is sturdy and no wobbling. The hitch stabilizer and straps keeps it steady at 75mph. Love how the bike pole fold down in seconds when we need full cargo space-fit 3 giant duffle bags last weekend. Absolute game-changer!

BEST multi-use ebike rack!!
Love the fact this is a multi-use trailer hitch mount rack. we have fat tire very heavy ebikes *80lbs, and love versitility that I can use it for more than just a bike rack. it folds nicely. generally solidly built. CAUTION; the welds on the receiving nut of the the tensioning Wing-nut style bolt fractured and failed. Poor design on this attempt to make it a tight solid fit so the carrier stays level; only spot welded on that part, a complete weld, or better yet different design would be better. But we still love and use this every ride! we added LED trailer lights to it as it does stick out and we don’t want anyone to hit our bikes that partially block our vehicle tail lights. We can use this for camping tubs, even put my eliptical on it to bring it home!!! this thing rocks!
