Tines are too close to handle, and very long. Rubber not pulled to top. If it has looked like the photo, it would have been ok. Perhaps issues with assembly?

Broke on 3rd chair
Broken on 3rd chair. The handle is only held in by 1 short screw. Dangerous and I have the cuts to prove it.
