Easy, simple way to control process air
If your air lines are close enough to your HMI panel, this is a dead-simple way to allow pushbutton-like control of air without needing to use solenoid valves, power, and electrical pushbuttons. It might not work in all settings, but when it does it’s sure an easy-to-use solution.There’s some variability in air-flow, so it’s worth noting that you don’t get the instant-on/instant-off like you would with a solenoid valve, but otherwise it’s fine.

Pretty happy with the quality of this, didnât fit any of the imperial fittings I have
Iâm actually very impressed with the quality of this, the valve assembly is solid aluminum which is definitely really nice to see. The button is designed exactly like most industrial switches so it will pretty much just drop into any existing holes in an industrial control panel. Unfortunately none of the imperial plumbing fittings I have on had fit into the threads bit since the valve is aluminum and not plastic I can easily drill it out and thread it to the size of fitting I want to use with it.
