   Practical and convenient to place bikes on rack
   Good design, practical in that the rack allows one to get access to the tailgate of an suv. The ramp which accompanies the rack makes it easier to place the e bikes on the rack. The straps hold the bikes well, and there’s also a lock to make the bikes more challenging to remove . It does require a hitch, though.

   Very secure and easy to use bike rack, highly recommended
   Very well thought out and designed bike carrier. I’m very impressed at how easy this is to setup and use. It comes completely assembled, the built in wheels makes it a breeze to move and position. To install you simply slide it into a two inch receiver, make sure the attached spring pin is inserted through the receiver into the bike rack then tighten the Allen head with the included tool. Once you tighten the Allen bolt it is very secure with no wobble or play. The bikes I tested with are definitely on the upper end of the weight limit but it handled them with no issues on a 3 hour drive into the mountains. Each bike weighs close to 60lbs so I checked on it a couple times during the drive just to make sure everything still felt tight and solid, it never loosened up and felt just as secure as when I left once we reached our destination. I was a little concerned at first being so close to the weight limit but after using it and more than 8 hours of drive time, with a couple of those on bumpy dirt roads, I no longer am worried at all. The tilt function is also great and really easy to use, giving access to the back hatch without having to remove the bikes. Overall if this is fits your weight requirements I would highly recommend it.

   Great for non-ebikes as well
   I do have an e-bike, but I have traditional bikes as well. This rack is great for both types. I previously had another rack that was damaged in an accident, so I was looking for a new one. First of all, this one comes out of the box assembled. That already makes this an improved rack. The build quality is better than the old rack and has alot more options for securing the bikes. I feel that the bikes are alot more stable now and I am not checking my rearview mirror every 5 second make sure everything is okay. For me the loading ramp is a real game changer. When I am tired from riding, the last thing I want to do is pick up a bike to get it in position to secure it. The ramp makes this process so much easier. Lastly, this rack is cheaper than the one I had previously.I am very pleased with the rack.

   I absolutely love this E-bike rack! The design is incredibly convenient. The ratchet straps with padding are great for securing my bike without worrying about scratches.
