   Bare minimum safety with solid main components, but a little weak on brightness.
   Bought for my GF’s cheap $500 48v e-bike that came with no lights. Main components- nice style, good build and materials, Wire and insulation is a little thin and the connectors are not heavy duty or water proof: more what you would find inside regular electrical devices. The horn is standard loudness, headlight is bright enough to be seen by on-coming traffic, but not much for lighting the road ahead. As with most e-bike brake lights, it’s not bright enough at night and not visible enough during the day. The built in rear brake light turn indicators are nice to have, but weak even at night and bare visible during the day. I couldn’t use the connector provided, instead I spliced into the battery socket using professional terminals and e-tape which did take some time. Overall, a good setup (for a cheap bike) around $30, but not deserving of a more expensive bike. If you’re concerned about safe night riding this is the very minimum to scrape by on and you might consider getting additional lights for visibility. There’s a lot of careless, unsafe drivers out there so get as much light on all sides, be safe and aware of potential danger as you can!
