Can’t get much cheaper in material and craftsmanship. Not worth the shipping costs even
Cheapest plastic junk you can get. Plastic lenses, plastic housing. and some kind of wire contraption to wear on your head. Worth about $2 tops. But they do magnify, but I don’t even believe they’re the magnification that’s labeled on them. Pretty much going in the trash.

Good budget set
This is a good, functional set of jeweler’s loupes, with a rigid wire holder, so one can be comfortably worn on either eye, while keeping both hands free for work. The quality is just okay. The bodies are poly-carbonate (plastic), but the lenses are real glass, and I did not see any aberrations while viewing through them. In my set, two of the four lenses rattle when the loupe is shaken, but they seem to be secure enough so that they don’t fall out, or move enough to distort the subject. The magnification levels are specified by a round sticker on the side, placed without much care for position or alignment. The font size and spacing on the stickers aren’t consistent, but you will not notice unless you look carefully. (If the stickers had been placed consistently, the font/spacing issue would be more obvious.) The lopue bodies are vented, preventing lens fog while using them. What would have made this a 5-star set is a storage case of some sort, metal bodies instead of plastic, and a more aesthetic labeling method, but I do recognize the benefits of plastic, to keep the weight and production costs down. For now, I’ll keep these in a zip-lock bag.
