More plastic than expected, super easy assembly, no tread on the tires, but little kind will love it
Overall, this is an adorable trike that is also super easy to assemble with the attached push pins that simply pop into a hole from the inside out. There are only 2 bolts that actually need to be installed. They provide disposable tools for these. The frame, forks, and handlebar feels strong and sturdy, but I was surprised to see that the fender, basket, and seat were all made from plastic. nd there’s no cushioning at all on the seat. Not even any cover for the holes where the 2 bolts secure the seat. (You might want to find a seat cover with some padding, as this will also help protect the seat from cracking due to sun and weather over time.) The tires have absolutely no tread, so they probably won’t get a great grip on the sidewalk, driveway, etc, if there’s any significant incline or decline. The size is great, and the seat height adjustment should be adequate to adjust for 2 or maybe 3 years of growth. The red color is a red-red. From what I can see without actually trying to ride it myself, the pedals work well, and the wheels turn nicely. The LED back wheel lights turn on automatically when the wheels turn. I’m sure my grandson will love it, but it’s for Christmas, so we’ll have to wait for the unveiling.

Little Rider With Big Confidence
This toddler trike is built to grow with kids who are just learning how to steer and balance. The LED wheels light up as they move, which instantly motivates kids to push harder. The black frame looks sleek, and the seat adjusts easily as they get taller.I took it outside for a test run on the driveway, and the wheels handled bumps smoothly without rattling. Indoors, it glides quietly across hardwood floors without leaving marks. The little rear basket became an immediate favoriteâkids love loading it with toys or snacks for âtrips.âThe frame feels solid, and the wide wheelbase keeps it from tipping even when kids lean hard to one side. The push handle on the back makes it easy for adults to guide beginners until theyâre ready to ride on their own. This trike fits right into daily play, indoors or out. It gives kids a fun, confidence-building way to learn movement and coordination.

Cannot get seat to secure for the life of me. Cool light up back wheels that flash more w/ speed!
So, overall, I really want to love this adorable little tricycle. The wheels on the back light up and flash, red and blue lights more and more, the faster the bike rolls. Such a cool feature for kids! my biggest issue is that I cannot, for the life of me, get the seat to screw into place securely. The way this is done is by two included screws with nuts that go with them, which screw on at the bottom. However, even though I put each of these nuts onto the matching screws about 15 times apiece, they are constantly cross threading! I cannot get them to screw down all the way! Meaning the seat is just loose and wobbles back-and-forth horribly. Iâm sure this is something that can be fixed. Maybe I just have these pieces terribly cross threaded? Again, I have given it a total of about 30 tries. so far, no luck. I think my next step would be going to a hardware store, and replacing the two nuts and screws that the bike comes with, so that I can actually firmly attached the seat and the trike would be able to used.Thatâs why I went with the three star review. Iâm not sure if I received bad parts? Or if cross threading them too many times has simply destroyed the nuts and bolts? Either way, it shouldnât have been that much of a problem in the first place.
