   Good product, for the right job, just know what you need to start with
   I’ve used this type of banding strapping for years in a warehousing job, and this product is just as good as the commercial grade strapping that I used on the job. The strapping is sturdy, and the buckles function as they should, the key is knowing how to use the product and the best way to apply the buckles to the strapping.When done properly, the results are easy to accomplish and the closure is solid and dependable.Where some people have difficulty, is that they try to apply too much stress on tightening the straps through the buckles, and in so doing, break the buckle.One needs to use the appropriate means of fastening the object being strapped. Not everything can be held by plastic strapping with plastic buckles, some things need “metal” strapping w/crimped metal buckles, or a “ratchet” strap tie-down.. You don’t use a “tack hammer” when you need a sledge hammer for the job.

   Perfect for keeping boxes and storage closed
   Going through a move, and we had some boxes for TVs and other valuables that were a bit loose when secured with tape. We did not want any chance of those opening and came across this product and decided to give it a shot as the price was excellent and we didn’t need any special tools to use. Once you get the hang of how much extra strap you need to easily secure through the plastic hold, it is incredibly easy to use. All of our boxes do not budge when lifting and I have a lot more peace of mind that our belongings will be safer on the trip.

   Sturdy, but hard to tighten
   Very sturdy and works well once in place, however it can be extremely difficult to tighten, especially if you cut the ends short before tightening. I’ve used other bands in the past that used a mechanical device to tighten – that would be so much easier. Trying to tighten by hand, even with gloves on, can be really tough. It’s hard to get a good grip as well as the needed leverage to pull on the ends without the band moving as you pull.

   No instructions, look at the pictures
   Worked great for me. There are no instructions, so look at the pictures on the product page. Pliers help to pull the straps tight if you grabe each end of the strap and tug sharply.

   Don’t Waste Your Money
   These bands don’t get tight enough to adequately secure boxes. There are also no instructions or information included to provide help with proper use. I went online and found some videos but still could not get the bands tight.Returned.

   The retainer clips are difficult to work with
   I purchased this for smaller jobs instead of using my larger metal banding system. The strap is fine, but the plastic retainers are not easy to use. I watched the videos several times, but they will not pull tight. I am considering returning this kit or I might purchasing banding clips for this to use with a tool.

   Don’t buy into the hate, these are awesome!
   These are amazing! Do they come with instructions? No. How long did it take me to find said instructions on the internet? Roughly 15 seconds. Great value for the pricer. If you use them correctly they do not slip. I am so glad I looked past the hater reviews and gave this a chance.

   A bit fiddly to start with…but after figuring out the correct loops..it’s good to use. No tools required.
