Value priced veratile hobby tools
Although this is marketed as a jewelry-making kit, I acquired this set for my electronics hobby and for general precision work around the house. For what you pay, this is an excellent value for a set of three essential tools.The build quality is impressive for the price. The wire cutters are sharp and make clean cuts on small-gauge wire, which is perfect for my needs. The needle and round nose pliers both have a smooth, precise action when opening and closing, with none of the grittiness you sometimes find in budget-friendly tools. The rubber grips are comfortable and allow for good control during detailed tasks.While I can’t speak to their use for making jewelry, I can say that for electronics work and other small-scale repairs, this is a very handy and well-made set of pliers to have in the workshop.
