Kevin –
Works great!
This valve worked great. Before I say anything else, I should mention that I’m new to pneumatics, so if I say anything stupid or wrong, I apologize.I attached it to my compressor and then to a solenoid leading to a cylinder. Once attached and air was flowing into it, I found it to be a bit noisy. Instead of silence, there was a good amount of air releasing from it. Maybe it just wasn’t connected properly, or maybe that’s what it’s supposed to do, but it definitely wasn’t silent. When I hit the big green button, it allows air to then flow through it to whatever else you have after that. For me, it was the solenoid. Once the solenoid has air, it would operate normally. But the green button on this valve must be held down for air to continue flowing through it. So for me, I had to to hold the green button, then trigger the solenoid. At that point, if I released the green button, then airflow to my solenoid would stop. I hope this review was helpful to someone else who was maybe wondering exactly how this valve operates.
