    Disappointingly useless after a very short time!
    Has sufficient strength to punch a starter in soft metal or wood. Haven’t tried them on steel though. They do include a set of replacement punch points. Overall, just what I was looking for.Follow-up – 6/28/25: Pretty much as useless as my old one – neither of these punches has any impact release. Still feel the the spring tension but they are not locking and releasing as a normal spring punch should have. Outside my window of return so they really aren’t even good for a standard center punch. Best to look for a higher quality spring punch.

    Better than expected for the price and came with 2 extra tips.
    Pretty decent definitely more than expected for the price. They have worked well for my use so far and the extra pair of tips is a nice addition. Probably not made for daily shop use but an avid DIYer these seem great so far.

    Put one in all your cars
    These will shatter any window with one punch. So put one in all your vehicles in case of an emergency. I’m sure they work fine on sheet metal too.

    They are 50/50
    They may be alright for light duty use but after using them alot the spring mechanism is get stuck and one of mine failed completely.

    Great value for the money
    I really thought these center punches would be cheap. I was wrong. They are heavy, come with an extra set of punches. You can reduce or increase the pressure for whatever you need to create a center punch on. Im very impressed with this product. I like how it’s made. It has a diamond pattern texture that provides extra grip to hold onto it. If I ever needed to buy another center punch, I would buy these again, no doubt. I definitely didn’t waste my money buying these.

    La funcionabilidad es del 70% a veces no activa el mecanismo, así que para madera solo se marca por la presión ejercida. 😄 Para los demás materiales rígidos pues funciona medianamente. Calidad precio es lo que puedo decir.Tienen buena imagen como herramientas coquetona.
