Return Policy

Returns are only accepted if:

• The product is defective, damaged, or not as described.
• A request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the item.
• Proof is provided (photos/videos).

Exceptions:

• Custom or made-to-order machinery is non-returnable unless there’s a serious issue.
• Small tools or accessories may be returned if unused and in original condition.

Shipping costs for returns may be the buyer’s responsibility unless the issue is supplier fault.
