At Top10Machine.com, we care about our buyers and suppliers.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive your order.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Be in its original packaging.
Please note: Certain goods are not eligible for return, such as:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
- Newspapers and magazines.
- Health or personal care items of a sensitive nature.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Non-returnable Items
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software or digital products.
- Certain health and personal care items.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete any return.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless instructed.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted for:
- Books with obvious signs of use.
- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records.
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank; there is often a processing period before a refund appears.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund.
Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same product, please email us at: support@top10machine.com

Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- If the item was not marked as a gift, or the order was shipped to the gift giver to give you later, we will send a refund to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns

- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

- For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
