Helped me solve a big problem at work
I paid for these out of my own pocket to use at work with my own personal tools to grind rivets off of things. Before this, I was using a dremel 3000 and cut off wheels to achieve the same task. This is 100x faster and effective.The product label on the storage box has a typo. Burr has two r’s not one. Anyway, 5 âââââ happy customer ð

Worked well on hard steel
Had to get some very stubborn exhaust flange bolts out, started by cutting with angle grinder then drilling. Ruined several bits before I realized I needed carbide bits. Ruined 2 of those while drilling out 4 bolts, and remaining parts of bolts still wouldn’t come out. Got these burrs to finish the job with a die grinder from the super cheap box store (you know you shop there too!). These grinding burrs held up surprisingly well. Had to push all the way through the flange with a tapered burr, and was pushing hard, got serious vibration several times because of sloppy technique, but burr held up, no sign of wear on grinding surface all, bolts finally out and holes cleaned. These work, and hold up.

Head bigger than it looks
The carbide head is much bigger than it looks. That’s not a bad thing unless you’re looking for something to fit in a tight area. The shaft is true to size. At first I was a bit disappointed when I seen the size of the carbide head then realized I did order the 1/4 inch diameter which I’m glad I did. Overall good quality and value.

1/4 shank is way more durable than the 1/8 shank. I went through 2 of the 1/8 shank before I found these. Perfect for my restoration projects
