This is so great for my son. Nice neutral color but still really cool! Very functional, does not slide in his face, very durable and easy to use. Did not have to assemble the straps. Adjusts easily and fits him perfect.

Hard shell bike helmet has ample dense padding and removable forehead piece. Fit runs abit small. It fits on my head, but there’s no extra room. I bought it for head safety during tornadoes, so it’ll definitely stay on! Has adjustable strap with quick release buckle. Color choice is varied. Clean design. Stores on shelf. Quality helmet.

Feel that my head is now safe
The helmet was delivered faster than the expected timeframe. The helmet itself is a very nice matte finish, lightweight and comfortable. It has adjustable straps and extra padding if needed. Being in Florida, it is warm and humid but the help did not trap heat. Luckily I have not tested out the durability however it feels sturdy and I am confident that it will protect my head.

The quality of the helmet was fine. But did not fit my head at all. Head size and shape varies so may work for you.

Finally, a Helmet That Protects My Brain From Myself
Iâve been through more helmets than Iâd like to admitâsome cracked, some uncomfortable, some that looked like they were designed in the witness protection program. After three months of using the Retrospec Dakota for biking, skating, and a brief but humiliating attempt at scootering, I can confidently say this one is the real deal.First off, the fit is excellent. The adjustable strap actually adjusts (youâd be surprised how many helmets make that optional), and it doesnât feel like my head is trapped in a plastic vice. The padding is comfortable enough that Iâve accidentally kept it on after a ride while walking into the grocery store. The ventilation works, tooâI donât feel like Iâm steaming vegetables under there.Most importantly: it does its job. Iâve taken a couple of decent spills off my bike, and instead of a concussion, all I walked away with was bruised pride and some side-eye from pedestrians. For the price, this helmet is basically an affordable insurance policy for my brain, which is worth a lot more than what I paid.
