    As good as the Woodpeckers.
Used it for small projects I have and they are true square. Better than my all my carpenters square.

    Woodworking Perfection
I’ve had a home woodshop for a couple of years now, and have done a reasonably good job with most of the items I’ve tackled to build….. but really none to perfection! Actually, I don’t think I really ever understood what perfection in a woodshop really needed to advance to that level. I’ve used reasonably good, name-brand tools, but it turns out that everything I owned was always ‘off’ just a tiny bit, when it came to ‘square’, ‘level’, or ‘straight!’Well, enter my new Woodraphic Layout and Measuring Tool, or as I call it, a SQUARE! I chose the 8″ Model and it was very pricey by my former standards, but all the reviews were top notch, SO striving to continue to educate and improve, I purchased one. I’ve NEVER seen a tool so precise!!! It’s made in Korea, and of the very highest standards I’ve ever seen! I included a picture of a Table Saw Sled I built from scratch last week, and you probably can’t tell by looking, but EVERY SINGLE possible ANGLE is perfectly square! It’s amazing, and I’m so proud to finally be able to say that I’ve produced something that woodworking-wise…..is almost perfect! You’re just never too old to learn….and improve, by simply finding the right tools (help)! It does come with a Pentel 0.5mm mechanical pencil for scribing, and can assist you with a lot of other functions (most of which I’ve not even tried yet). I do very highly recommend this product for you and your Shop! Best of Luck! Jim Benson 🙂

Best squaring tool on the market. Worth every penny.
This is for sure a very expensive one but if you’re a dedicated wood worker then this is an amazing and must have tool for your workshop. It’s very highly durable, the amount of holes for various different measurements is the biggest selling point. This is the most functional and most accurate squaring tool on the market. The packaging is top notch. It feels like you bought a new tech device when you open the package and the foam contains the squaring tool with a mechanical pencil so professionally packaged. The size is the best part, no project is too small or too large for this one. I choose the largest size because I wanted to only need to buy one of these every and I’ll tell you now it’s the last one I will buy because the quality of it will never fail me.Do not fall for buying a cheaper alternative option on this spend the money it’s worth the accuracy.

Functionally great, but not a great value
This is a fine product. It is perfectly square, it is pretty well, anodized, and it is functionally great. It has little holes so that you can scribe straight lines on the body of the square. However, I am returning it because I am not impressed with the value for the money. at $80 or $90 or whatever it’s at, I would rather much pay $30-$40 more for a woodpecker’s square. This square is great, but the machining compared to the woodpecker’s square is not as great. And anodizing is also not as high-quality as the WoodPeckers unit. If I were to use the woodPeckers square as a standard, I would say that this square should be priced around $40. The wood Peckers square is much heftier, it is thicker, it comes with a case, its anodizing is much nicer and smoother, and it’s machining is much nicer and smoother.Functionally, this unit is fine, but it feels so good to have a really high-quality tool to use. It is inspiring, in fact to have a high-quality tool, because mentally, it raises your standard for your own work.

    Excellent squares.
Just to say, I hang out on Amazon a little and I have been asked to write reviews on the past. This is the first time I have felt compelled to respond to a purchase. I am gradually migrating to metric (so much easier). These squares are outstanding. I have used to 300mm fo a few days and the 200mm since yesterday. They are dead accurate, stylish, and the workmanship is on par with any other brand lat I own. I own a few WP and Starrett layout and measurement tools and I do wish the blade were maybe a few ounces heavier. Rating: 5

Great alternative to higher priced squares.
Very nice square at a good price. I was looking for a good square that that didn’t say woodpecker and break the bank, this is the one. Very good square and offers everything the red ones do at a fraction of the cost. Would buy again.

    Woodpecker accuracy on a budget…
Bought this square due frustration of trying to save on my tools and finding nothing but duds from other brands.I usually buy Woodpecker but they are very expensive and I am on a journey to save more money but finding the best tools to get the accuracy and finish for my projects.I recently bought the WEN square based on a youtube review and also got this one and guess which is going back….I am keeping this one and happy I did not spend over $100 on a nice and dead on square.Recommend it.

After realizing none of my current squares were not meeting their basic function (square)I started searching for what was out there.A Woodpeckers square was out of the question it would take six months to arrive and adds up to three times the cost once all shipping and dollar conversion has taken place.I came across this product by chance the main draw card for me is the shoulder on the main stock that allows the square to rest on the work piece (same as Woodpeckers)Theres not much information out there but what I could find was enough to make the purchase. The square arrive pretty quickly. At first I thought the square was off I did a number of test and came back with the same result it was only after I got a Drill pro square from banggood I realized my test surface was off.once I swapped out my test surface I found the square was perfect.I would recommend this square based off my current findings. If I can I’ll report back after some decent use.
