Very well built jig for hinges
GoingMake Concealed Hinge Jig ReviewI previously used a blue plastic concealed hinge jig, which was functional but lacked its own clamp. This GoingMake jig is a significant upgrade!Pros:Superior Adjustability: Offers greater flexibility and customization compared to my previous jig.Complete Solution: Includes its own clamp, making it a more self-contained and convenient tool.Easy to Use: Intuitive design allows for quick and efficient setup.Versatile Layout: Provides numerous layout options for superior functionality, speed, and consistent results.Wide Compatibility: Supports 35mm bore and alignment holes for Blum hinges and many other popular and less popular brands.Overall:This GoingMake jig is a highly recommended tool. Its robust construction, versatility, and ease of use make it a valuable asset for any woodworker. I confidently recommend it to anyone seeking a reliable and efficient solution for installing concealed hinges.

Well made and precise Jig; very happy with it.
Excellent jig; very good construction. It comes in a well organized box that you can put everything back in after use. Very easy to use. Made really clean cut hole for the hinge. The drill guide for the screws were spot on and the hinge aligned perpendicular. Very happy with the purchase. Used concealed hinges below, which were a 1″ overlay for face frame cabinet.https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BBQV9VXH?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1

Simple to use. Great jig.
Was skeptical, but works surprisingly well. Seems durable enough. Good for the hobbyist or fir DIY.

Pretty good jig for a reasonable price
Works pretty well. Came in a nice packaging that I’d expect from a more expensive tool. The manual has a few typos and spelling errors but can still be understood. The adaptor for the 35mm hole and the two smaller holes are different so you have to swap them out for each hinge and they are a bit difficult to remove. Should be able to handle full overlay, half overlay and inset door configurations.

Great 35mm hinge cutting jig
Great little jig for cutting concealed hinge pockets, made of metal so should hold up to a lot of use. It’s adjustable for different hinge insets. Included bit is for 35mm hinges

Robustly made jig! A+
Outstanding performance with all the features you will need for any type of cabinet doors. All holes aligned, even for Euro style dowel holes. Great purchase and more than pays for itself.- Very straight forward and easy to use- Made with all metal parts, built for heavy use and durability- No plastic pieces- Router bit still sharp after 48 holes. Capable of handling another set of 48 holes and more

superior jig
This jig is superior to all the lookalikes. Don’t let the name throw you off (but I bet it sounds great in Chinese)It has very handy scales, one on top and another on side for setting the drill bit depth. Very handy. It has more offset/tab/ cup drilling distance preset holes than most others and you gain another one by using longer 8mm screw going through the plate. That will give you 7mm tab/offset. If you use no offset screws at all you will get 10mm tab exactly, which is handy because by using one or two 1mm spacer plates you can also get 8 and 9 mm tabs/offsets. And all the tabs are accurate unlike the other jigs. And if you need even bigger tab/offset , just remove the clamp and place the jig anywhere on the flat surface. I often need nice and flat countersink holes in the middle of the beams etc.The vacuum port is removable but once you try it you will not use it without it. Ever. Unless there is no vacuum around. And I didn’t even have the correct adapter the first time around, so I just taped regular vacuum hose end to the door close to the gate and still got a total of 4 chips on the floor. You could do it in your living room. Even more importantly it solves the common problem of the drill cups clogging with chips. To a great degree. That is also helped by the design of the cup with bigger clear openings. ALSO!!!! The cup locks in place so you don’t have to hold it down which is both safer and more comfortable, leaving your other hand to secure what else needs to be secured. . You can also drill for four different hinge screw hole locations though I found one screw hole setting to be slightly off the center on one of my hinges holes. Still in the hinge holes but just not the center of them. (Note to the manufacturer: The lettering for the two screw holes bushings on each side of the jig insert should be upside down to each other so that we would not have to worry about why the lettering is upside down in two cases. They will know what I mean). Anyway great jig and cheaper too, but I would have paid for it more than for the others. I had good experience with the Kreg hinge jig and needed to upgrade mostly for the offset limitations, but I am positively elated now so I felt I had to write this. Hope this helps with your decision.

Good Value for Economical Jig
This jig performed well for the price. The clamp was easy to use and placed well. The jig provided consistent hole placement and was easy to use. I was pleased with the results. One point worth mentioning: I found that I had to thoroughly vacuum out the cup after every hole or chips would prevent the removal of the part of the jig that held the forstner bit from the cup. The vacuum ring would not hold my vacuum hose and even if it did, I had to actively vacuum to remove the aforementioned chips. This was not terrible and I found that having a helper with the vacuum made the process smooth and repeatable.

Goingmake is a hidden gem, have many of their tools/jigs now and all are very good quality
Mr.G.Morgan –
Build quality is good and the hoover attachment helps clear the shavings away quite well.

This jig seems well made and expect it will perform well.

This jig is good for setting out and cutting the door hinges. BUT it doesn’t set out the carcass screws and brackets, so it has limited functionality and you’ll need a separate template for the carcass. Weird -and flawed (and there is nothing in the rather poor instructions to indicate that I’m wrong. Recommended – but with caveats and the need for a separate template
