Poor quality control, dangerous product
The zipline trolley I received has sustained YEARS of abuse and damage, significant amount of corrosion and deformities Both pulley wheels have worn threw both of the bearings and are floating free in the frame (absolutely no balls left). This is the worse condition of anything I have ever received from amazon. The tether contact point only has 50% of the metal material left. This item is not just used, but way beyond it’s end of life. This item has the potential to kill someone.

I specifically picked this listing because it was advertised to include the carabiner, unfortunately it showed up with no carabiner. The trolley itself looks well-made and the wheels turn smoothly. Trying to ask customer service about the carabiner is hopeless, the ai bots just send you in circles wanting to initiate a return.
