decent quality, affordable fun
This tool set is pretty good for the price. It came with lots of little tools â a wrench, hammer, screwdriver and some building pieces. My child has been playing with it for about three weeks now, and they enjoy trying to build different things.The quality isnât amazing; you can tell it’s not super high-end wood, but it holds up okay. Some of the edges could be a little smoother, but overall it seems safe enough. The toolbox is nice because it keeps everything together, although the smaller pieces do shift around inside when carrying it.Itâs definitely good for encouraging imagination and keeping them busy! They like putting things together and taking them apart. It’s a decent size for small hands, and they can manage to use most of the tools without too much trouble. For under $20, itâs a reasonable buy if you want something to keep your little builder entertained.Final Verdict: A good value option for basic building play.Update: The build quality is not great. One of the wheels broke in half, and a few of the screw heads fell off.

Lovely Set at an Amazing Price
My 3 yr old grandson is jealous of his older brother getting building sets when he doesnât. Thatâs why I was so happy to get this nice little set and canât wait for him to open it at Christmas. This large set of nicely finished wooden tools and components seem to be just right for his starter building set. They are organized in a very well done fitted case, too. The instruction guide has many colorful picture illustrations which will surely inspire his interest and I bet dad (a plumber) will enjoy teaching him all about tools and screws and suchâ¦it will be a special activity just for the. The price point for the quality and number of components in this set is outstanding, too!

Cute idea, moderate value.
This is a cute set, but a bit more quality control would have been nice. Some of the wooden nuts were broken or cut off-center leaving a thin little wall and rendering them useless. As there aren’t many to begin with, it greatly weakens your creative capabilities. My toddler likes playing with the little tools in the kit though, and the briefcase style wooden storage case is really cute. My daughter especially loves the faces on each tool.

Adorable and fully stocked working tool kit!
To start, this toy is incredible and I actually ended up playing with it as I was checking over the wood (as I do with all new wooden toys before gifting them to my niece) I love that you can actually build with these pieces!There were a few rougher pieces to the unpainted pieces to this kit, but nothing a quick sand won’t fix, and this is common with wooden toys! The finish on the paint was nice and smooth, and the functionality is on par with a real set of little tools! I did add an image of what I believed to be the smallest pieces in the kit. I would highly recommend supervising even for above three years since there are so many tiny parts!The toolbox itself is a total blank canvas, making it so you can decorate it with paints, stickers, markers, etc! The biggest drawback of the box itself was that, while it holds the tools themselves quite well, it doesn’t securely hold all the little pieces, so once you pack it up and pick it up, they fly all over the inside.Overall, even with the few cosmetic and convenience blips this is a fantastic toy and I cannot wait to show my niece so she can have a toolset just like her dad.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this Wooden Tool Set! So many fun things to build!
I was completely WOWâd by this wooden tool set! The wooden case is very well made and all the tools have a stretchy band to help keep them in place for storage. I measured it and itâs 11 ½â x 8 ¼â. The tools are brightly colored and so cute that they have little faces on them to give them personalities! All the tools and construction pieces are made of a good quality, smooth wood.My FAVORITE thing about this tool kit though is that it comes with a pamphlet that includes all kinds of examples of ideas for things you can build with the supplies. I built a little race car in a manner of a couple of minutes. Too fun! My grandson is going to love this set.This is a great toy to help kids learn to use tools to assemble things. I am giving this toy set 5 stars for the quality of the construction and itâs a awesome value for the price. I highly recommend this toy!

Great motor skill toy
This is a very creative and fun toddler activity. It advertises for ages 3+ and that seems about right. I got it for my 2 year old and she enjoys it but doesnât have motor skills to actually use the screwdrivers on the bolts. I think a 3 year old would be able to.Despite that though, she can use her hands to screw the bolts and enjoys the pretend play of using the hammer and saw. She really likes us to make the car for her and the booklet comes with other little ideas to build together. I like that itâs wood and the case it comes with is pretty nice. Everything is the perfect size for little handsMy one complaint is that itâs so annoying to put away. You need to play Tetris and make sure everything is put away in a specific way or else the case wonât close. My toddler has been unsuccessful in her attempts to close it up herself because you canât just kind of throw everything in there. You need to be very intentional about where things are put to close it.Other than that, itâs a fun toy for a little builder!
