   Great rack for ebikes
   I was looking for a hitch rack for e-bikes to replace the Swagman I had been using for lighter bikes. I’ve used the rack once so far and like it. Lots of pluses including NO assembly (just pull it out of the shipping box), it’s compact to store and has wheels for easy moving, tightening the rack to the hitch is super easy with enclosed Allen wrench, includes a hitch lock and the locking arms have locks for added security, includes a ramp but the arc design allows for easy loading so I didn’t use the ramp, very stable connection to hitch. The only negative I have is that the long arm to secure the outside bike may require some trial and error when loading bikes since it needs to pass through the inside bike. But that’s nitpicking – it’s not a big deal. I’d definitely recommend this rack.

   Love this bike rack! Everything I could have asked for!
   I have only used my Agreatby bike rack 2 or 3 times so far, but I absolutely love it! I don’t want to keep a bike rack on my car all the time, and this bike rack is so easy to put on and take off the car and stores so nicely. It was just what I wanted.Other things I like about my bike rack:1) There was no assembly. I put it on my car straight out of the box and it was easy, even for me – a 69 year old woman.2) Once you tighten it down with the enclosed L-shape wrench, the bikes are secure and don’t bounce around.3) I was happy with the ramp – important to me for getting the bikes on and off the rack.4) The tilt works great – so nice to be able to get into the back hatch of my Subaru Outback.5) The lock isn’t heavy duty, but I have found a way to lock the rack and my bikes to the hitch.So far, I am extremely pleased with this rack, and the price was fabulous. If this rack holds the test of time, which I suspect it will, it will be everything I could have asked for.

   Very quick and easy to take your ebike anywhere!
   Super easy to use! Walk your heavier bike onto the rack! Light enough to lift the rack and it has wheels to move it precisely to your car hitch. Just lift and insert. Keys are great safety feature for overnights/storing your bikes securely. Very sturdy and stable! Small silhouette in the garage!

   Great Hitch Bike Rack
   I am extremely happy with this outstanding bike rack. It arrived with everything intact, and the directions for assembly were simple to follow. Attaching it to the trailer hitch was easy as well. I needed something to carry the heavy bikes of our friends and neighbors as well as our mountain bikes with a pickup truck. It was also extremely important that the bike rack fold down to allow the tailgate to open completely, especially when I was carrying only two bikes with my tonneau cover installed over the bed of the truck. Finally, I needed something durable enough to handle the terrain we sometimes cover to get to our trailheads. Well, this product met and exceeded all these requirements. There is absolutely no play or rattle when attached to the hitch receiver and the bikes are locked in so securely that there is no movement of the bikes when strapped in. The locking features for the bikes and the hitch unit are simple and very functional. Finally, when I’m done using it, it folds up nicely and easily wheels over to a corner of the garage for storage. I can’t believe that the other products that are similar in design to this one made by more popular companies and costing double and sometimes triple what I paid for this. They couldn’t be that much better. I am extremely pleased with this product and recommend it highly.

   Nearly perfect bike rack.
   I purchased this rack primarily because of its 200 lb weight rating—an essential feature for transporting my heavy electric bike. It’s proven to be the perfect solution, giving me peace of mind that my bike is secure even at highway speeds. The adjustable locking frame arms accommodate a wide range of bike sizes, and the ratcheting wheel straps make securing the bikes quick and hassle-free. When not in use, the rack folds up compactly and stores neatly in the corner of my garage.While it is a bit heavy to lift, the built-in casters make it easy to maneuver when needed. I’m giving it four stars instead of five because, although the tilt-back feature works well for SUV hatches, it doesn’t tilt far enough to fully open the tailgate on my truck.

   Sturdy and easy to use
   The product is really sturdy and was easy to set up and use. We just viewed a “how to” video. I like the ramp for my ebike since it is quite heavy.

   As Advertised!
   Came as advertised! I’m a gal…5’4 and a senior. Wanted a rack that I could handle. Did a lot of research.This is the one. Can be wheeled up to the hitch and easily lifted and attached. Ramp was a necessity with my ebike. Easy to set up. Straps are easy to use. I can load it up and unload my bike in minutes. Seems very secure. I’m very pleased with my purchase!

   Didn’t fit hitch receiver.
   Unfortunately it has this bolt that sticks out of the end of the hitch and the hitch is slightly longer past the hole than usual. Did not fit in my hitch receiver that had a closed end. Looked like a decent rack but didn’t even get past putting it on the car.
