Read to tackle baseboards and crown molding
This is a slick little angle finder. I’m about to start on a project doing some baseboards and molding in the house and wanted something to measure the angles on my old and uneven walls/corners. This fits the bill nicely at a reasonable cost. You just zero it out on a flat surface and then open up to fit the angle you’re looking for. It includes a locking function as well. Really no complaints at all for the money and it seems very accurate. Much easier than trying to guess the exact angles of a corner. The package included an extra battery as well. Honestly it’s an easy to use tool at a great value.

Decently accurate and affordable angle finder for light-duty use
For the price, this is a solid little digital angle finder. It measures accurately enough for woodworking, DIY, and general use, and I appreciate its simplicity—lightweight, straightforward controls, a clear LCD display, and a dedicated power switch. The inclusion of a spare battery is a thoughtful bonus. That said, it’s built from relatively thin plastic, and the hinge rivet through the rulers feels like a potential weak point. It works well, but don’t expect it to be accurate down to “0.1” value. I’d recommend handling it gently and avoiding tossing it into a toolbox with heavier tools. A slightly thicker ruler design would have allowed it to stand upright on a flat surface, which would be a nice improvement. I also thought more aesthetic care could have gone into smoothing out the rounded sections of the rulers. In short, it’s an affordable, accurate, and easy-to-use measuring tool. As long as it’s treated with care, it performs exactly as expected and represents good value for the money.

When getting the accurate angle is most important
This angle finder seems to be quite accurate but you have to remember to zero it out each time you use it. It is very easy to use but I would like to see one of this type digital rulers that once you had the desired angle it would lock into place. Even drifting of one or two tenths can effect the outcome of the finished piece. Still this is a good measuring device to have in my shop. I have no idea how long the batteries last but I usually order additional button batteries to have on hand for these digital devices. This is well worth the current less than $7 price. It makes a nice stocking stuffer for the shop or the craft room.

Didn’t know I needed it, now I can’t live without it
I didn’t know such gadgets as this existed; I randomly ran across this Tirpheety Digital Angle Finder, got it on a whim, and have already been using it heavily in both home improvement and robotics projects. It has been particularly handy when designing 3D printed robot parts, especially combined with digital calipers. The accuracy is spot on, precision is far better than I was achieving with a simple protractor, and the device itself is robust and easy to use. It even uses CR2032 batteries, which are easy to find and I have a ton of for other devices. The only downside to this tool is that it is larger than some of the parts I’d like to measure with it; it is fine for big stuff, but I have to get creative to measure angles on small objects.

    Exceeds expectations
I didn’t expect a digital protractor at this price point to be very accurate, but this one exceeded my expectations. It’s a lightweight protractor with plastic rules that can be locked in place, an easy to read display, and even includes a spare battery. For light duty drawing and drafting work it’s well worth the price.I tested it against an old school plastic drafting protractor and a machinist square and it usually comes in within a half a degree to spot on. I noticed that it doesn’t come to zero sometimes when it’s folded up after taking a measurement until it’s taken past zero and back again, but that’s a minor annoyance. The imperial and metric scales are well marked and easy to read. The imperial scales are off about 1/64″ over their full length, but it’s so little that it isn’t an issue in most cases. It’s a good digital protractor that works pretty well, and at a very affordable price.

Easy to use & seems accurate
Super handy and lightweight device to measure angles. It’s plastic, so the arms are subject to breaking if you were to handle this carelessly. Handy button to zero it. There’s also an on/off button, but be aware that this will turn back on automatically if you move one of the arms. Overall, for the price and ease of use, I’d recommend it if you don’t need something to use frequently & with a more robust build (e.g., metal arms).

    Handy and accurate
The Tirpheety Digital Angle Finder Protractor is a lightweight and surprisingly versatile tool. I originally picked it up just to check how poorly the builders did on a few angles in my home, but it quickly proved useful for a variety of projects around the house. The display is clear and easy to read, and it even comes with a spare battery—always a welcome bonus. While the tool is made of plastic, it still feels sturdy enough to handle being tossed in a toolbox or carried around on the job. A small protective case would have been a nice addition, though. My only real suggestion for improvement would be the ability to rotate the display orientation to match how you’re holding it, which would make certain measurements even easier.Overall, it’s a handy and affordable angle finder that performs well and should serve most DIY needs without issue.

Larger than Expected, but Definitely Useful; Comes with Extra Battery
This is one of those devices or tools you didn’t know you need till you actually have one. This is an electronic angle gauge which works very well. There’s also a button which you can press which switches the screen display upside down/other way… which would be good if it’s over 90 degrees. I tested it on a flat surface, and it did get to 180 degrees, so that seems to work. There is knob to “lock” the position, but it’s basically just a tension screw… which you screw down, and it makes moving the rulers more difficult.Thile the ruler side is somewhat thin plastic, it’s ok. The display is very large and easily readable. It does come with an extra battery which is great. One thing is that it doesn’t come with a hard case, but you can just keep it in the thin plastic packaging and box.
