It is kinda loud but it works.
I haven’t used a more expensive version but this thing works well. I stick my part in a zip lock bag with simple green original or HD mixed with water, dunk that bag in the tub and it works wonders.

Very Efficient!
When restoring older auto parts for sale, Job 1 is getting them clean enough to get to the sandblasting box. They arrive with oil, grease, and years of dirt and grime. This cleans them up overnight and does a really good job! After removing from the solvent, they are wiped dry and then straight to the sandblaster for a factory fresh finish.

I’ve been looking for quite some time, trying to get myself to pull the trigger on an ultrasonic cleaner. I finally did it. I periodically work on outboard motors and other small mechanical items. I though long and hard about the 6 liter size, but finally decided I needed to go big, or not at all, so I purchased this 10 liter cleaner. In combination with some powdered cleaner solution, this cleaner does real well. It take a little while to heat up, but otherwise works as advertised. The problem I’m having right now is that I don’t have anything really dirty to test it out on!I chose the fully mechanical model in order to avoid potential problems with circuit boards, etc. I opted for manually set rheostats instead of LED panel.

Great cleaner but…
Had to return because the light that indicates the heating element on was not working. I paid 100 and some bucks for an equipment, I want it working properly.Passed this nuisance, it’s an excellent cleaner. Dropped a Harley carburator inside with some dawn and baking soda and that thing came out like straight from the factory. It’s a great product, but should be working 100%.

Does not do a good job of cleaning. Very slow to heat up.
This device is nice and compact. However, the tank is not suitable for longer pieces. The holes in the basket are large enough for smaller items to slip through and sit on the metal of the tank. I was expecting a much louder cleaner, but it’s not bad – about the volume of a fan on high, but more noticeable due to the pitch. Heating is very slow, despite the small tank.I’ve tried cleaning a few items in this device and am very unimpressed. I pre-warm the solution and go through a lengthy degas cycle each time I put any new fluid in the tank.My first picture is of a safety razor that had a lot of residue from shaving cream and water. The residue isn’t difficult to remove; a light swipe of a fingernail takes it off. This razor went through three cleanings, all at around 120 degrees F:1) 10 minutes, using water and Mr. Clean multipurpose cleaner (similar to Simple Green, which is commonly used in ultrasonic cleaners)2) 30 minutes, using water and Mr. Clean3) 30 minutes, using water, Mr. Clean, and a few drops of Dawn dish soapDespite all three cycles, there is still a lot of residue left on the razor. It can still be swiped off with a fingernail.My second picture is of eyeglasses, cleaned on a different day, also with water, Mr. Clean, and a drop of Dawn dish soap. As can be seen, there is still a lot of residue on the glasses, including finger smudges that were on the lenses before I put them in the basketI also used this device to clean my airbrush, and some Gundam plastic model parts. The cleaner did not manage to remove some lightly stuck-on paint from the bucket of the airbrush. It did however strip off some marker-based panel lining from the Gundam parts.Overall, I cannot recommend this device. The cleaning performance seems to be inconsistent at best and non-existent at worst. It is being returned to Amazon.

Purchased the 6.5 L unit to clean 40 year old Mikuni Carburetors from my 83 Suzuki GS 1100 E
What a great machine. I am impressed by the apparent build quality, simple and easy to clean after use, QUIET operation, the feel and function of the Timer and Temp Knobs……old school. yes? ;-)Able to fit 2 carb bodies at a time. 30 minutes. Clean clean clean. I always separate these multi carburetor systems. Jets and O rings and floats removed too. Jets placed in a glass jar filled with cleaning solution, set into basket….clean and shiny and no blockages in passages and no falling through the basket of course.My chosen ‘detergent’ in this first ever Ultrasonic cleaning was Simple Green. Worked A ok for this application. To reduce ‘heat up’ time I filled the Ultrasonic cleaner fully with 50 /50 solution pre heated to 190 degrees. Carb bodies in basket first. Basket properly placed such that it does not touch floor of tank. Temperature of solution then indicated 160 degrees. Place cover. Turn on. Set temp to 160 or so, timer to 30 minutes. Perfect results. Looking forward to more similar parts projects. Various nuts and bolts, brackets etc. related mostly to motorcycles.Max Stars here. For machine…and vendor too. Recommended.Gentry

Me gusto mucho, ayuda bastante a la limpieza del material, es facil de conectar y utilizar, compre el de 10L y cabe mucho en el, dependiendo de la sustancia y con la temperatura adecuada limpia perfectamente, me llego antes de la fecha y bien empaquetado. Me llego con todo lo mencionado, esta 10 de 10.Tengan en cuenta que si hace ruido, por lo que deben usar tapones de oido o cierren bien la puerta.

I bought this cleaner to primarily use for cleaning carburetors and others automotive or powersport parts. I had bought a 3l version and returned it before using it as it was too small for my needs. This one is a good size for what I need. I think it may be too small for a large automotive carb but my ATV carb fit great.I used it as soon as I got it and was impressed. It heated my cleaning solution (pine soil) up within 15 mins or so. Then I turned it on for a full 30 min cycle. The carb came out very clean. I put it in for another 15 mins after a light scrub. Very happy its results and cleaning ability.

Purchased this product to clean rusty fishing lures, coins, and dirty glasses. I’ve used a commercial grade ultrasonic unit with similar features and expected similar results. The unit delivered on this account. It is loud, as it should be, when running. The temperature settings works well, but the unit itself is rather small and narrow. The price is rather high but the build quality reflects that. Overall a good product and I’m happy with it so far.
