They are square; I checked!
These corner clamps are a big step up from the old-style types that have two built-in screws like little vices. Those actually work well for woodworking, but these are better. Why?Well, they have many more places to clamp along the square, meaning they can more often accommodate oddly shaped or profiled workpieces. The clamps can be fastened at several different distances from the inside or outside corner, which can help better align and close the gap in mitered cuts. The clamps are easy to place and adjust, and they hold tight. The scales are in both metric and imperial units and are painted on two adjoining sides of each leg. I don’t know why, but the units are oddly mixed, but that doesn’t seem to matter at all. For example, the metric units on top of one leg are adjacent to imperial units on the side of the same leg. That said, the scales are clearly marked and precise.I checked for squareness with my machinist squares. They all checked out very well. Three of the four were nearly perfect, and one was just under a thousandth of an inch off according to my feeler gauges (slightly less than 90 degrees).Hmm…I used the other machine squares and these corner clamps to confirm that the smallest of my machines squares is the culprit. Wow! This level of reproduceable precision far exceeds what is needed for fine wood joinery. These clamps would actually be good in a machine shop! These corner clamps look a lot like the famous Woodpecker corner clamps. Sweet!Verdict:Recommended.

Nice shop accessory
Awesome clamp kit. These are square, the quality seems very good and the kit is complete with a case and plenty of clamps. The clamps might also work for auxiliary fences, I’m gonna try that at some point. Recommended!

Functional Corner Clamps with Room for Improvement
These corner clamps have proven useful for larger woodworking projects like cabinetry and picture frames. The aluminum construction is solid enough for medium-duty use, and the CNC-machined angles appear accurate, giving me reliable 90° alignment. The built-in measurement scales (in both inches and millimeters) are a helpful touch for positioning. That said, the execution isn’t perfect. The plastic knobs came with threads that were rough and needed cleanup before use—metal hardware would have been a smarter choice. And while the set includes a foam-lined storage box, it’s far too tight to be practical, so I’ve ended up storing the clamps separately.Despite those flaws, the overall value is good, and the clamps work well once you get them set up. They’re not premium, but they get the job done at a reasonable price.

Accurate and easy to use
It’s easy to setup and the clamps keep the angles in place really well. Very well suited for frames that aren’t too thick. It might be a bit awkward if you are trying to square up a box but should be doable. It doesn’t come with any directions so if you think you may need something just cut and paste from the item description to a file.

Good Quality Corner Clamps for Occasional Woodworker
I’m not a professional woodworker, not by any means. But I have basic tools and have made some of my own shelves and cabinets on occasion.I don’t need high end equipment because I don’t do this kind of work often enough. But occasionally, I will build my own cabinet as it’s a LOT cheaper to do it yourself than hire someone, depending on the job and needed quality of course.Having some good corner clamps is a nice tool to have for the occasional job.I like this clamp set because the quality seems pretty good. Everything is made of sturdy aluminum and the set includes 4 clamps and all that you need to do a drawer or picture frame or something similar.I love that it comes in a nice case to keep everything together. There are no instructions so if you don’t know how to use it, go to the product page and you’ll see some photos of how the clamps are used for a frame or drawer. It’s not too difficult once you see a photo. It’s very reasonably priced as well. Overall, I’d say it’s pretty good quality for a pretty good price.

Must Have For Your Shop!
My husband is a tool hoarder and has almost every tool! But then I saw this and said I bet he doesn’t have this. To my surprise he did not. He owns a fabrication car audio shop and is always building stuff. I know he always wants his corners square when wood working so I figured this would help. He loves it! He was doing our deck and used them on it. These are strong and sturdy! Made very well! He said they are scratch resistant and have been a gam changer! I like the price and they were a great gift! He said they have helped him get near perfect corners on his projects. The measurements on the side make it easier to work with 2 hands! Very easy to read and to use. The handy caring case is an added feature as he does a lot of house calls and work on the go! He used this kit to build the speaker box in the back of his Tahoe shown in the pic!

They are 90 degrees. That’s really the only good thing..
They will eventually get the job done. The squares are an accurate 90, compared to a machinist square. I personally dont find the measurement marks useful for a clamping square. I would just use my designated measuring tools. The bolts are extremely long, way too long in my opinion. It could accommodate a 3.5″ wide board, but it would simply not be practical because the squares are pretty thin and really only good for thinner materials maybe up to 1.5″ thick. It takes forever to screw on the star handles. They also tend to stick, so you really just have to sit there and screw them all the way down the 3.5″ bolt. Im not even going to bother taking them off. The holes on the square are wider than the bolts, which made it difficult to install because they would just fall out. The case it comes in is okay. It is hard to get the last bolts out of the foam since there is no room for your fingers. My case also came cracked.
