We purchased this due to the advice of the YouTube artist Crystal Collector. Like Brian, we use this for washing the treasures from our rock hounding trips. Be sure to clean and oil the cleaning gun per the directions. Great buy that I will buy again

Great for cleaning rocks, a little loud.
I bought this for cleaning rocks instead of textiles (though I might try cleaning the upholstery on the living room furniture at some point.)Cons: It is loud. it basically has a built-in air compressor, and for something so small to get the pressures it achieves, it has to be a little loud. You can’t really do much about that.Pros: Water go BRRRR. This thing blasts water out at pressures high enough to blast hardened caliche clay and other granular debris off mineral specimens, and it is more than capable of causing physical damage to your skin. CONSIDER THAT A WARNING AND LET ME REPEAT IT CLEARLY – THIS CAN HURT YOU. Wear some basic leather gloves and eyeglasses protection when you use this equipment for cleaning rocks. Stuff is going to fly everywhere because of how effective it is at removing things.When you can’t use acids, and brushes aren’t cutting it, this tool will most likely clean your mineral specimens. Great tool, highly recommended.

Works amazing to clean rocks and crystals!Make sure you let it rest and cool down after two minutes.

If it’s not spraying check the piston spring
Do not use for over 2 minutes continuously or you will burn it up. When you feel handle getting hot you need to stop using it and let it cool down. Always oil after use and spray out all water before putting away. If the gun makes noise but doesn’t spray…Google how to change the piston spring.

Great addition for rock tumbling!
I use this product for cleaning rocks and it is fantastic! Just don’t hit your fingers with the stream. I prop the rocks up in a sieve in ceramic media. Gets grit out of all the nooks and crannies.

Works well. Was concerned due to the lower price, but everything appears just like the more expensive one I was looking at from a screen printing supply website. Have used it with plain water to knockout unwanted water-based ink after curing.

Works great.But soon after getting one of the plastic valves crumbled apart. Luckily the supplier included a spare part in the box. But now I feel like i need more replacement valves to be prepared.You really have to maintain these, dry and oil before and after use etc.. But fantastic gun. Two of my friends have these too. We use them to clean mineral specimens.

I use this for cleaning crystals and rocks and all kinds of stuff that it’s not designed for. It has held up really well so far and does an awesome job. If you are looking for something to clean your crystals and things with, I highly recommend it.
