Fine but doesn’t seem hot enough, only 1 setting
The jacket seems quality enough, but for the price, I kinda wish I woulda bought a different jacket and seperate, more powerful heating pad/one with more heat settings.

That there were no instructions sent with this product whatsoever.
That there were no instructions sent with this product whatsoever. There for im unable to use the thermal blanket due to the risk of overheating or under heating my ebikes batteries. So, it was a waste of $89.00 so if I was asked if it’s a good product, I would have to say NO.

I believe this product may only work with Bakcou brand e-bikes.
I Live in northern Alaska and we have very cold winters. I use my smart bike to travel to work and wanted a way to keep my bike battery from being affected by the cold. I found the thermal sleeve and thought that this would work well for me but while the device fits my bike and does connect and turn on, the device does not heat the battery block. I have tried plugging the device into the USB port on my bike and tried using a portable USB power brick and while the device turns on and a thermal camera picks up that the device heats, I believe that it may be proprietary to connect only to other Bakcou products for maximum effect.

    Not enough heat
Title says it all. Not enough heat for my conditions. Might be suitable for others, but leave on shelf if temperatures drop below zero celsius.

    What a waste of money
You would think for $90.00 you would get a battery with it. Hooked everything up and used a temp gun and it only reached 46 degrees? (Tested in my refrigerator… yeah I know but it’s 65 degrees out and I had to test it) . I would seriously look for something else.

    Over priced
For the price disappointed. Jacket is fine. Heating element is a $6.00 unite . At 50 degrees put arm in jacket turned unite on never reached Luke warm. Retired engineer, aircraft mechanic, made my own bought a neoprene ebike jacket $18.00 a usb 3 pad heating panel with 3 heat settings $6.00 modified with thermostat $5.99 total $39.99 during single didet degrees last January battery was nice and toasty. 67 – 72 degrees. So experiment took out bakcou heating pad, replaced with my usb heating pad in local restaurant freezer. Cold battery with out jacket. 5 degrees . Jacket on 35 min. 40 degrees . Bakou you can do better.

    No battery
For $80, should have come with a battery to power the heating unit. Now I have to buy a separate battery to use with this device. Don’t waste your money.

    Does the job!
I live in an area where it is below 40 degrees F for 4 months out of the year. Since I ride my ebike year round, I needed this thermal jacket to protect my expensive battery in freezing temperatures, and this does exactly what it’s supposed to do. A great find and good investment!
