Comes with very detailed instructions manual; making it easy to learn to use.
Excellent handheld industrial sewing machine for sewing bags mostly, but there’s many things you can use this gem for. I’ll admit, that although it does come with a pretty detailed manual, I was still a bit intimidated by its power that it has taken me some time now to feel comfortable while using it, but I guess thats to be expected whenever trying something new out.Its a very heavy duty, & well built device that does impeccable, quality stitching with its double roll threading capabilities, as it does both a top & bottom stitch at same time, which locks the stitches in place very securely. At its affordable price, this little machine is a valuable addition to any avid sewers tools. It makes creating & designing & crafting new bags & curtains & upholstery projects, as well as others, a breeze.

It gets the job done and works better than I expected but has a weight to it.
Surprisingly easier to use than expected and comes with everything you need right out of the box. Comes with extra thread, needles, the battery and charger as well as oil for keeping it running smoothly. Overall this little unit functions just as expected maybe even a little better than I expected and has been able to go through all the fabrics I have tried so far even a thicker leather and some thick outdoor fabrics. The sewer is pretty solid and most of the parts are all solid and metal with only a few plastic ones.Overall this is a pretty good little machine, no big frills but it gets the job done.

Fast and Powerful Bag Stitching Machine
Quick seam stitching for most all bags materials. The stitcher moves very fast, so you must be prepared for action when pushing the trigger switch.I’ve found it useful for resealing bags of wildlife and pet food and for bagging to seal smaller quantities of food, keeping pests and contamination out. The stitched seam produced by this machine looks pretty much the same as those on commercial products. The machine is heavy in the hand, so it pays to have everything organized and ready to roll before you pull the machine out for stitching, such as having the bags filled and sitting up straight with all folds clean. The photo shows the bag feed area of the stitching machine. There is no lift up “presser foot” on this stitcher like that on a conventional sewing machine. See photo for the proper bag feed area. This very complete set includes instructions, 2 extra spools of thread, machine oil, a replacement belt, and sewing needles. It comes pre-threaded and ready to plug in for use. The AC power cord is extra-long with the connection to the stitcher heading out at an angle which is useful. Not everybody has a use for a handheld bag sewing machine, but as someone who does a lot of animal feeding and works with many different food types, this is a very useful machine to have on hand. It’s very complete and works perfectly.

So impressed with how well this works! Heavy duty machine.
The way this sews is amazing and I am so impressed! I wondered how well a handheld bag sewing machine would work compared to a bench/table version but it has really impressed me. I’ve tried it on several fabric types and thicknesses (even tried in on some flexible plastics) and the material just feeds right through. The machines does all the work! What’s even more impressive is how straight the seams are. When using a hand held machine, one is usually not closing/sewing something up that needs a perfectly straight seam, but this does a great job of following the line. It’s not at all a light, cheap machine. It’s heavy duty and works so well. It’s only light in the sense that I’m able to hold it to work with it, but it’s a heavy duty machine. I’m very happy with it!

    Not sturdy
    Very flimsy and thin material.

Fast, powerful, and surprisingly useful — I keep finding new uses for it
This thing is AMAZING. It’s sturdy, built to last, and so fast and easy to use. Although it’s advertised as not intended for household use, I keep finding all sorts of uses for it — restitching fertilizer and weed/feed bags to keep unused portions fresh, closing 50 lb bags of animal feed, stitching sandbags (I live in flood-prone Florida), and even stitching tarps together. It’s simple to thread — the videos on the Amazon product page are very helpful. It’s fairly quiet for an industrial stitcher. This bag-sewing machine makes quick work of heavy-duty bag sealing and I’m very glad I got it.

Great tool for industrial packing or farm work
I like to make backpacks, sling bags, pouches and what not, and even with an industrial sewing machine, I run into challenges from time to time in certain areas. When I read the product description of this, I picked it up as something I could use to help with making bags using heavier material. Unfortunately, the product description I read did not make it clear that this is really more of an industrial packing tool, or something you’d get a lot of use out of on a farm.Despite the fact that it won’t meet my needs, I did still put it through its paces and found that it is a well built, powerful machine for something as small as it is. It isn’t hard to get setup, and when used for its intended purpose, it consistently makes good quality stitches through heavy material very quickly. Unfortunately it isn’t the kind of stich I could leverage for bag making, but as a packing tool it works very well; think of the stitching you sometimes see on a big heavy bag of rice, or other things like that.Overall, it is a well made machine that absolutely flies through material, providing a good solid stitch. It comes in at what I feel is a reasonable price for what it is, and I think that it would be extremely well recieved by anyone who needs to create bagged material on a regular basis.

    Great for heavy duty sewing
I ordered this for more heavy duty projects but also to help my husband repair his outdoor event tent. The machine works well, but is quite heavy. You really need some muscle for it. The cord is also not very long for it being handheld, so prepare to need an extension cord when using. Otherwise, it’s been great for my needs so far and my husband feels confident to use it without my help when he needs (given he has no sewing machine background).
