   Great Tool For Many Projects- It’s Accurate, Reliable, & Easy to Use!!
   I chose the smaller 13.5-inch version of this tool because it suits my main purpose: helping with peel and stick floor installation. Although it’s advertised primarily for cabinet layout work (and I can definitely see how it would be perfect for that), I believe it will also be incredibly useful for flooring projects and many other DIY tasks around the house.Last year, I replaced the flooring in one of our spare bedrooms using peel and stick tiles and made the mistake of relying on a very cheap square. That decision made the process so much harder than it needed to be. The measurement options were very limited, and the guide lines were so small that they were almost impossible to read. To make things worse, the tool had a strange indention near the end, which meant every “straight” line I tried to draw as the base for my cut ended up slightly off. Even the tiniest deviation caused major issues with my cuts, and those mistakes added up quickly in the overall look of the floor.Now I’m moving on to another spare bedroom in my home, and this time I promised myself I’d invest in a more accurate tool. When I found this one, I knew it was exactly what I needed. After opening it, I could immediately tell the difference in quality. It feels sturdy and well-made, with clear, easy to read markings and far more measurement and angle functions than my old square. I’m confident it will save me time, improve accuracy, and make this new flooring project much quicker and less stressful.Beyond flooring, I know I’ll find plenty of uses for this tool in other DIY projects around the house. As a single woman who doesn’t own a huge collection of tools, I really value versatile, multi use pieces like this. My dad always gets a laugh out of some of my creative methods for building and fixing things, but they ‘usually’ get the job done and having a reliable tool like this makes it all the easier.For now, I’m very happy with what I received and feel it’s absolutely worth adding to my tool collection. If I notice any flaws or durability issues over time, I’ll be sure to update my review. But as it stands, this easily earns 5 stars from me!

   High quality tool could be packaged better
   This is a high quality and easy to use T-square that will have many uses around the shop due to the added features. The sliding blocks help with find the correct angle or measurement and the holes in the blocks let you drill directly through the ruler. The T-square can be set at a right angle of course but can also be easily adjusted to other angles which will be useful in various woodworking or carpentry projects around the house. I feel this is a professional, high quality measuring tool that could potentially save a lot of time during a project while possibly reducing the number of tools you need so this is a decent value at this price. One aspect that might be improved is the packaging. The long ruler is shipped in two pieces that must be joined together when you get it. The set screws are shipped already in the ruler pieces and one fell out and was loose in the box. There were extra screws in a plastic bag with an Allen wrench but the wrench is the wrong size for the set screws so you can’t really tighten them that well without getting a different wrench. I am hoping the set screws don’t become a problem loose, if so I may add some thread lock. Other than that this is a nice tool to add to the shop.

   Precise Accurate Measuring for DIY or Professional Projects
   The Okcedier 29 Inch Woodworking T-Square Ruler is an amazingly top-quality tool at a very affordable cost. We just used it to replace a corner wall section in our bedroom next to our bay window where the in-wall air conditioner leaked inside it for several weeks before becoming noticeable. That meant tearing out and replacing wallboard and insulation as well as sections of the framing wood. Exact measuring and marking were essential, and the Okcedier got the job done effortlessly. The 29 inch size comes in two sections with two slender pins that hold the two pieces together. Now for the VERY IMPORTANT fiddly work. Remove the pins from the accessories baggie and insert them into the holes at the bottom of the first section. Slide the second section onto the pins and press the two sections together. AND the critical part. Turn the Ruler over. Look for four tiny holes on the top and bottom sections where the pins are. Look in the accessories baggie for four tiny (and I do mean tiny) screws and an Allen wrench. Carefully insert the four screws into the holes and use the Allen wrench to tighten them down. This locks the pins in place and locks the two sections together. Do not lose those pins, screws, and Allen wrench! This information is NOT anywhere in the website photos or in the assembly instructions. Moving on to the usefulness of the Ruler, the large knob at the top allows the short crosspiece to swivel, and there are crisp clear markings so I could set the red pointer to the exact angle needed before tightening the crosspiece to hold that angle. The straight-edge ruler part has 3 sliding pieces that move up and down the center of the ruler and then tighten securely to hold the precise standard (on one side) or metric (on the other side) measurement I needed. Overall, it’s a superior woodworking T-Square for both DIY and professional work.
