    Solid and well made
First impressions, it’s solid and appears to be well built. The nut and bolt are heavy duty so no corners cut there. They are metric though. Of course time will tell on longevity, but I’m not concerned based off my trial.I figure that most dzus fasteners are placed in thin aluminum panels so I ran it through some 16 gauge mild steel to see how well it handled. No issue at all whatsoever. Made a perfect dimple and went through smooth and easy. I tightened it by hand to get a feel for the amount of force it would require and there was no struggle at all. I imagine this would hold up well powering through aluminum panels using a drill/driver all day.Using a nut and bolt to draw is fine and all, but having a longer lower/inner die that was tapped and knurled, would make it a lot quicker!

Nice option for a dimple die
This is a decent little tool for dimpling sheet metal to stiffen and decorate panels. It is very easy to use, though I wish that it specified what size hole you need to drill. Once I was able to drill the right sized hole, it was easy to mount and only took a minute to tighten up with a ratchet and wrench. The dimple was consistent in depth as well as being nice and round. I also think this is a more versatile way to make a dimple since you can do it on an installed or existing panel. That is as long as you can drill the hole and have space to install the dies. That’s more versatile needing to do them on a hydraulic press before the panel is mounted. Now I just need to see if larger sizes are available, but so far I have not found any others.
