    solid, good craftsmanship, needs better instructions
    problem is I cannot figure out how to unfold the thing to actually be able to put it on my vehicle. It really could use instructional video or at least something better for product manual than what it comes with: The only part written in English is the product warnings. All the instructions on how to install it and use it are just images that, for me, were not very understandable. if the seller had a video had a video showing how to set it up/put it on, load it up. The weird thing is they’ve got a legit website and a very active YouTube channel, so they certainly could use that for something like this. Anyway, it’s got a load of features that are impressive and helpful, such as the ability to wheel it around (it ain’t lightweight, so that’s helpful) and built-in straps for tying the e-bike down, so I’m looking forward to making good use of all those cool features of I can just figure out how to unfold it, or whatever it needs, so I can put it on my vehicle.
